Tremendous Theresa and Joyful Jess. Theresa was extremely helpful in helping me find the best socks for my feet. Hopefully they keep them warm and dry for the three peaks! Jess was a real help when my two mates wanted to splash the cash on two lovely coats. She told us all the information they could possibly want. With the help of Jess they will stay lovely and dry on our Three peaks challenge. Top notch Staff!

Staff in the store couldn’t sort it out I had to email customer service and still not had a response. But this is a regular thing with online ordering it’s happened on my last 3 orders

I’ve been here last Thursday to pick up my new bike and Kyle was incredible. Helped me pick the bike that was right for me and did the checks on the same day.

My partner came back today with her bike which she bought second hand. Kyle did a full check on it and adjusted all her brakes and was again fantastic.

We are regular visitors to this store to buy various equestrian items. Today I called the store beforehand and spoke to a member of staff named Tom. This was to check if a particular item was in stock. Tom was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable and even offered to save this item for when we arrived in store. His customer service was exceptional.
On arrival at the store we were greeted by friendly smiles and asked if we needed any help. We were able to locate the item we required and headed to the till.
We were greeted by a member of staff named Rory he was friendly & welcoming and noticed the item we were buying was from the previous phone call we had made beforehand which showed excellent customer service and also showed that Tom had obviously mentioned this to his colleagues. After scanning our items Rory informed us that our Go Outdoors card had expired and explained the savings we would receive by renewing. We agreed to renew saving money in the process. Today’s visit showed that the customer service received was exceptional both before visiting the store and after. We left happy with our purchase after previously visiting other stores and not finding what we needed. Both Rory and Tom are a credit to Go Outdoors

Returning to Gooutdoors after a while away pleased all were so friendly - wanted a new governor set for my Cadac Safari bbq - governor on shelf and pipework but no quick-release connector, showing 4 in stock but none on shelf or in stockroom - Tom and Joel were really helpful checking around and locating one at Gooutdoors Trentham village! Great to see Theresa from footware still doing good things for customers
