Helpful staff and a great range.
Needed some new trail running shoes and wouldn’t normally consider Go Outdoors but thought I’d give them a go instead of heading into Newcastle to a socialist shop. Surprised to find they have a great range that is well priced. Neil was super helpful and friendly and we walked away with 2 pairs, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. It will be my first port of call for future needs.

After visiting Go Outdoors at Pallion Sunderland . I’d just like to mention how helpful and friendly the staff were who I dealt with .
Karen , the lady who helped myself with some new walking shoes , was knowledgeable, not pushy and quickly got two pairs for me to try on . I choose them , and the girl who was at the till was friendly . Thank you .

I was served by Poppy today, not the first time. This is a wonderful young woman who goes out of her way to help you. Quick with a smile and a very warm personality.
