I needed advice on a pair of walking boots because I have had some issues with my foot, Pedro was fantastic, very helpful, I was worried about spending so much money on the wrong boots and he put my mind to rest.

Went to fishing republic today spoke to staff member Darren about advice on what I would need for fishing he was very knowledgeable also very friendly and patient his attitude is beyond first class he is so cheerful I will definitely be back to purchase more fishing tackle he is a credit and great asset to your company Darren is a top top man

Was helped by a member of staff ‘Julie’ when picking a pair of North Ridge shoes to go to Switzerland and some other bits as well, great help & very knowledgeable and laughed that I was picking shoes 12hrs before I flew! Rarely leave reviews however Julie was such a friendly person it made my last minute decisions much easier to make! Thanks again Julie!

We visited the store today to buy all the kit needed for my daughter’s first Duke of Edinburgh expedition. Michael Mc and Matthew went above and beyond to help us and we left fully kitted up and excited for many outdoor adventures! We couldn’t recommend them more .

I have "awkward feet" and needed boots to suit. Julie had the patience of a saint and worked with me trying on perhaps 6 different manufacturer's boots until we found a fit. Thank you. I can now go and enjoy my holiday.

Max helped us purchase a rucksack. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we tried just about every rucksack there! Nothing was too much trouble, adjusting them all to fit and we found the right one.

In particular thank you to Julie, who went above and beyond to discuss all the boot options, allowing me to try them on for my plans ahead. Julie even went as far to price match my Scarpas to other competitors since I decided to go for a more expensive boot. I will certainly be back! Thank you

I had a problem with a pair of walking shoes which I had recently purchased from Go Outdoors Team Valley branch. On finding the problem, I rang up the store and spoke to Rio who told me to return the shoes the following day and I would receive a full refund or a brand new pair of shoes. I returned the shoes as suggested and was attended to by Matthew who was very helpful in assisting me in choosing another pair of shoes. Excellent and prompt customer service! I will definitely be back!
