Exchange & refund
Needed to go back for two things after a visit previous day. Bought a camping chair, one of the arms was faulty, no problem exchanged it. Other thing I queried was the previous day I purchased a man’s jacket, only when I got home and checked my receipt id been charged £60 instead of the £49 sale price of the jacket, was served today by a lovely, polite and helpful lady named Sue, she sorted the chair exchange and the £11 refund id been accidentally overcharged. I found exactly what I was looking for. I asked a member of staff about their price match. I was advised that it should be honoured. Check at the till. I did. Jess (who served me at the checkout) was very helpful. Jess confirmed the price match. I was very pleased with my purchase (I bought some other items too) and the customer service. Thanks a lot. Sadistic marketing
The store has big prices displayed. When you get to the till, you realise you have been duped and that those prices are for members only. Now at the till feeling pressure, you pay £45 for a pair of £20 shorts. Now I feel like I have been robbed and will not return.

For a small charge our members receive discounted prices as well as first access to new products and brands. They can also use our price match service.

Trailer Wheels Refund
Purchased 2 new wheels for my trailer in the Wigan branch in May, only just got round to fitting them on the 5th of July to discover they were the wrong stud pattern. Avaina in the Warrington branch was really helpfull in tracking my purchase down using the members system and quickly refunded me. I found the correct size in the store and purchased them. All in all, sorted in 15 minutes.
