Sadly your product arrived half empty …
Sadly your product arrived half empty due to your efforts to save a few pennies
The reason being you do not put a small plastic removable and reuse cap on the
the top of the bottle to stop the contents from leaking out if pressed while in transit
This of course means me your customer, will not be trading with you in the future
thus reducing your profits, thankyou

The staff were so helpful - trying to get my kid kitted out for Duke of Edinburgh meant I asked for help from multiple members of staff who had, very helpfully, also done DofE and so were able to give their honest lived experience too which was so helpful. Jacob went above and beyond - thanks!

Botched Despite recognising a fundamental error…
Despite recognising a fundamental error in my order delivery’s address and contacting Go Outdoors immediately- the company was unable to stop the order . Result was EVRi delivered the order along with a photo but NOT to me!
I contacted Go Outdoors again immediately I received the email stating the delivery had been made and they refunded without question. Such a shame as I would have preferred to get the goods.

The products were excellent and good value.
Our problem was with delivery. Every indication was that the items would come in one assignment.(on line despatch note indicated this) There was no tracking detail for the second parcel and no clear indication that it would follow. We spent ages trying to contact Go outdoors by email, filled out a form and clicked on email for further help. Automatic reply saying fill out form. So we were effectively in a ‘loop’ 3 days later when we were about to phone, the other item arrived. A lot of wasted time and effort. This needs to be improved. Other than that, great!

Customer Service at its zenith
The staff member Carys was extremely helpful and patient. She went out of her way to help us first with my girls using the horse riding simulator and then helping us choose the best body protectors. She is an asset to Naylors. 10/10!

Excellent service from Mark in York Vangarde
Shopping for walking boots and Sandals at GO Vangarde Centre York . Sales assistant extraordinaire Mark was excellent ...it was almost as if he had a degree in footwear and feet. He measured my feet ..the differences between them, the arch height an imorjnt image was given and then knew exactly what boots might fit me and what was wrong with the ones that didn't. I came away 100% satisfied. Full marks to him. Thank you Mark

Lots of choice and friendly staff
