Really simple to order, quick delivery, really good service.

A straightforward transaction, easy ordering. Delivery time a bit slow, at a week and not much communication, otherwise pleased with the product, the packing and service.

After taking order refunded the sale after 4 days with no reason given and the day before delivery was due. Will not be using them again

This was my first order from this company, excellent service received.

I ordered a dualit hand blender and by far this was the most competitive price. It was dispatched promptly and arrived well packaged within a few days. The hand blender is in perfect condition and boxed and I'm so happy with the great service. I would buy again from Goshopdirect.

Shockingly poor customer service and sub standard items. Ordered an aircon unit from them through Tesco, first one arrived broken covered in liquid, phoned straight away afte hour on phone sorted a collection for next day and a replacement to also arrive next day. Collection driver came empty handed and very rude about how to collect this item. (Good old yodel, shows how cheap they are).
Then a further 24hrs later the replacement arrives and guess what another broken unit. Now been a weekend of course they was closed. So spoke to Tesco who sent them email to call me on Monday. No call received, called them and get given the usual crap about having wait for item to be received back at warehouse and then refund which would take up to 2 weeks!!
Well they kept to word of illegally with holding refund and took Tesco to threaten legal action for them to suddenly have processed it! Love it when I get told that they forgot!
Personal advice do not go anywhere near this company, and looking at reviews I’m not alone. But can guarantee I will get a reply from them saying it was my fault or something.

Price was amazing, best on internet....& boy, did I do my homework. Delivery was equally amazing, ordered my Dualit kettle & toaster on Wednesday evening...they arrived Friday morning!

I ordered a Dualit kettle on 24hr delivery. I received the kettle approx 5 days later, that was after I called Goshopdirect to chase up the order. Poor service given that I had to pay extra for 24hr delivery!
The kettle arrived - rather than being stainless steel, its stainless plastic but it looks okay, I just don’t think it will last anywhere near as long as my last Dualit, a Which Best Buy.
