Grapevine managed the sale of our house and we found them to be professional and friendly with good local knowledge. The main reason we would recommend them, however, is how proactive and responsive they are if your sale does not go smoothly. When our buyer chain fell through they went straight to work and found us a new buyer in short time to ensure that we did not lose the house we were buying.

Adam and Oliver kept me well informed at all times with regard to my sale. A good professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very good local knowledge. Invaluable advice. Very efficient, helpful and supportive with viewings. The entire team were very friendly, keeping in touch regularly and reporting immediately on developments as they happened. Proactive with buyers, solicitors and removals people.
