Ollie and the grapevine team met myself and my wife in 2017 and since then Ollie has conducted himself with professionalism and in my opinion is the best estate agent I have spoken too and worked with in the Rg10 postcodes. I say that knowing that I can be demanding having recently sold and purchased with them. He and his the team have helped in many ways, too many to mention. So if you want someone that knows you and has a vested interest in finding you the right property, then this is the team that delivers.

Grapevine are quite simply the best local Estate Agents that you could wish for when selling your home.
From the first evaluation they were positive and highly energetic and proactive. They followed up regularly and advised us on the best way to market our home to get the best possible price. We were lucky enough to have two fabulous offers within a week of putting the house on the market and Oliver and Adam followed up with us and our solicitors all the way through the conveyancing process, to ensure the smoothest transaction possible. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Grapevine represented the sellers and the house was keenly photographed and described. We were very eager to view the house based upon their description. Holly was a very capable guide and was happy to let us 'roam' the property whilst being close by to answer our questions. We offered immediately, and our offer was accepted very quickly. Our own buyer was not in a hurry and after 3 months pulled out so we thought we had lost the house we wished to purchase. But we got another buyer almost immediately and the vendor decided to stay with us. Grapevine, (Oliver and Adam), recognising our misfortune, seemed to get closer to us and kept us fully informed about progress in the 'chain'. We lost the second buyer but the vendors hung in with us and we are very appreciative of that. When a third buyer came along, they, like us, were keen to get to a resolution and Adam, at Grapevine was at pains to keep us informed of progress. Our second viewing, to 'measure up' when we were getting close to the wire, was handled by Holly again and she did an excellent job. Finally, we made it, and we got to meet the whole team in person. Thank you Oliver, Adam, Holly and Sally for your efforts. It took nine months but here we are and we have settled very well.

Oliver and Adam were so helpful in pushing through our purchase, especially with the stamp duty holiday deadline coming up fast. They were on it and were so knowledgable when it came to help us as we were first time buyers so were out of our depth. They went above and beyond to help and we are thankful they guided us along the way.
