Very professional move by Stephen and the team at Grays. They turned up on time, communicated with me throughout the move, and were efficient, friendly and helpful. Everything was packed carefully and arrived perfectly at my new house. Exceptional service and I cannot recommend more highly.

The service from Grays Storage and Removals was excellent from start to finish. An estimator visit was arranged shortly after my enquiry and the quote received promptly which was clear and concise. The removal team arrived on time and were fast, careful and efficient throughout the removal.

Grays moved us out of our flat in Manor Park into storage in 2021 and back in our new home in Walthamstow in 2023.
Both moves were handled courteously, professional and with great care.

Everyone who attended was absolutely incredible. Robert and his team made the entire process so seamless and stress free. Every person who assisted on the day went the extra mile to ensure everything was exactly where we wanted it to be and we’re extremely careful with all our possessions. There were no time pressure in terms of getting things done and the consideration from the team was second to none. They also assisted with the packing and packed everything in what seemed like minutes! Hugely efficient and all in all wonderful bunch of people. I would highly recommend Grays removal van to anyone looking for an easy, stress free and calm moving process.

The service was great from start to finish.

I got quotes from around 5 removal firms. Grays was the only one who came to do an in person survey of my apartment. This coupled with their progressional accreditations and associations gave me the confidence to go with Gray, I was confident a) they would provide the right size van and enough movers b) the move would be handled professionally.

Before the move Tricia was always prompt and helpful in answering any questions I had.

One the day the guys turned up early and had a van big enough for all our stuff.

They were friendly, fast and informative. They had all the materials needed to safely move our belongings from mattress covers to blankets for mirrors and protectors for our desktop monitors. They also dealt well with the difficult access to house!

Grays were recommended to me by a friend and if you’re looking for a friendly, professional, fast removal company I’d highly recommend they also.

The Team at Grays is by far the best I've worked with, in London, or anywhere else for that matter. First, they are all lovely human beings, extraordinarily polite, with exceptional consideration to your living space and belongings. Second, they are solution oriented and go above and beyond to find a way to achieve your moving objectives in the most cost effective and considerate manner. (these gents are not afraid of hard work, unlike so many today) Third, it's clear that they've worked together for many years as they are a well oiled machine that excludes teamwork and respect for one another in everything they do. All of this translates to exceptional customers service and experience with a product and price point that is unbeatable.

Excellent from start to finish. We had a full packing and removals service from London to Sussex. Packing was done quickly and carefully, the removals team were excellent and all items delivered safely. They were even able to take some of our bulky items down several flights of stairs which I had worried wouldn’t be possible. The team were helpful, polite, arrived on time and all round brilliant. Would definitely recommend!

Grays storage and removals service has been nothing short of exceptional. It was the only company who came to visit my property before giving me a quote for moving. They really studied all the specifics (fragile items, plants...) and tailored their services accordingly.
Fiona was on the phone to answer any queries I had with an incredible level of care.
On the day of the move, a full team of 6 arrived at 7AM! They were all extremely considerable, polite and professional. And so efficient!
They each went out of their way to ensure the smoothest possible move. I felt extremely looked after.
I have moved many times in London and this was by far the best experience I have had, truly fantastic.

Grays storage packed and moved us with less than a week notice. Packing was superb. On the moving day, the 4 crew team was professional, caring and patient while we were waiting for the completion with solicitors. They also handled the moving to a high rise appartement with skills and experience. On a stressful completion day, their professional and calm were very much appreciated!

If I could leave 10 stars I would, Robert and his team were outstanding while moving me to my new home. They got soaked to the skin while packing and soaked to the skin unpacking the next day. But most of all I was under immense pressure and stress as we hadn't exchanged or completed on the moving day they waited outside my new house for 8 hours until we got the keys without complaint. They started at 06.00 and it was dark when they left for their long drive back to London. The icing on the cake is their rates are also excellent. If you're going to move use these I would never go anywhere else. AMAZING!!!

Grays were fantastic from start to finish. Having not moved for many years it was a daunting prospect. Tricia explained the process & was very reassuring, responding to all my questions either on the telephone or via text. The costs were clear, with no hidden surprises. Pat did an excellent job of packing us up. On the day Robert and his team were brilliant. Could not have asked for a nicer bunch of people to support us. Would recommend without hesitation.
