Grays were fantastic from start to finish. Having not moved for many years it was a daunting prospect. Tricia explained the process & was very reassuring, responding to all my questions either on the telephone or via text. The costs were clear, with no hidden surprises. Pat did an excellent job of packing us up. On the day Robert and his team were brilliant. Could not have asked for a nicer bunch of people to support us. Would recommend without hesitation. Hands down the best move I've ever had!

Completely stress free! The team was considerate and careful ensuring all my belongings were handled with the utmost care. They even dissembled my sofa and assembled it again but didn't charge me extra. The team were extremely polite - asked me if they should go buy me a tea while I was waiting for them to move my stuff.. So kind!!! They arrived on time and were done in no time. They even gave me a lift to the new flat.. If I ever have to move again there's only one moving company I would chose.. I can wholeheartedly recommend this team.. Absolute moving legends..

Absolutely excellent. Grays moved my possessions extremely quickly and professionally. Both office staff and the removal crew were efficient and reassuring. The fee seemed very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I would recommend them to others without any hesistation (in fact, I already have).

You don’t need to look for any other removal company use Gray’s they are superb. From start to finish every single stage of moving was made simple and stress free, nothing is a problem for them and the team are excellent from Tricia who made the whole booking experience seamless to Robert and the team for packing up and moving out, can’t recommend them enough they were fantastic.

We moved from London to Bournemouth recently and I was very impressed with the service from Grays. From enquiry, to quote, to packing, moving into storage and back out again, nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. Everyone was so helpful and everything was done so speedily. We used the packing service as well as the removals and we were amazed at how quickly and professionally everything was packed up. Likewise with the removals. We lived in a tenth floor flat and had some large, awkward sofas to move. Even these did not stump the team. Moving is stressful enough as it is, but Grays makes the experience a lot less stressful and a lot more pleasurable. Use Grays, you won't regret it.

Grays helped my partner and I move from 2 separate flats into one place, it went like a dream! Everything from getting it organised with Tricia in advance to the moving day itself was easy and well looked after.
The guys on the day were amazing - really friendly, careful and efficient. It took less time than we had planned for and everything was moved in perfect condition.

Very courteous and efficient team packed up my daughter's flat and took her belongings to storage. Great pricing, too. Highly recommended.

I am having to repurpose my home following my husband's stroke so needed furniture in two rooms swapping over. A small job but undertaken efficiently and charmingly and it has made a massive difference to us. The team had to take a tv off the wall and they cleaned up the dust which came from that. They only charged for the time taken to do the job - other firms quoted for a minimum number of hours. Would recommend and use again should the need arise.

Grays were fantastic for our house move last month. We contacted them at short notice and they were still flexible for times and dates. They ended up moving our stuff over two days which made the whole process far less stressful and took great care with everything despite working quickly.

Lovely bunch of guys and couldn’t fault their work. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
