Was trying to settle my deceased father’s loan with the Kelowna office. Spoke to a guy named Craig who lead me on to believe they were gonna settle on 26,500 payment to close the loan. Just received an email stating I still owed 800$ or they will repossess his truck. I know it’s not a lot but when your trying settle your dads estate every dollar counts. He was not a rich man that’s why he got a loan through these thieves.

This company is a disrespectful email spammer. I have tried multiple times, all unsuccessfully, to remove myself from their mailing list. I have sent an email directly to them . If they were so respectul as some of their reviews suggest (erroneously) the unsubscribe would work the first time. I will be looking up their domain name registrar and filing a formal complaint against them.

I will give a 4.5+ rating for this experience I had with Greenback Capital. One thing I came to understand is that in their desire to help their clientele, they work very hard to get you the best loan based on your need. Their hard work even extends into the evening hours so they would have options for you in the morning. They really "hustled" for us. Overall, a very good experience.

I have worked with Jay on several different loans and he always goes to bat for me to get the best pricing available. It was so simple to just provide a few needed documents and help me out with scaling inventory when funds have been tight! Payments are direct, easy, and I don't even have to remember to pay.
