Having placed my very first order during lockdown I was delighted with speed of delivery however my trust in the company came when one item was damaged during transit, the response was helpful, polite and friendly the refund was not delayed in anyway. I fully recommend and will definitely use again.

Lots of good reviews so I must be one of the unlucky ones. Ordered a pergola on the 24th May, in stock, 9 to 11 “working days” delivery. I emailed them after 2 weeks and got a reply Shipped 6th June. It is now July and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve emailed again telling them that I wouldn’t be writing a bad review about them because of the difficult times we are having, but I just wanted them to be honest and say that they that they were out of stock, but they blocked my email. I’ve noticed now that when you order a pergola it’s got a “Back in Stock Alert “ request, i wish that had been in place when I ordered. Never written a bad review before but I’ve had enough. Wow review just posted “Pergola delivered as advertised “ where is mine from May?

So easy to order. Very good communication from seller, accurate delivery estimate and product arrived in perfect condition. Very easy to install. Overall a very pleasant experience.

excellent product, recycled tyres made to look like sleeper stepping stones. They really look great embedded into grass and fantastic as they are non slip.

We bought a garden storage unit in May despite saying shipped online for several weeks we still have not received this item. Have emailed them and stockists who say its with the couriers but still no sign. Either deliver it this week or else. Refund wanted if not given we will contact the card company we paid with.

I received this product recycled rubber garden edging a few days after order and I have to say this is an excellent product, a dream to work with and easily put into position in my garden. I would highly recommend this product and company for their excellent service.

Excellent service, the product I wanted was out of stock but the Greenfingers website allowed me to select a 'stock alert' to advise when the stock was available. I received an e-mail a few days later advising the product was back in stock and I ordered it, it arrived within a few days. Excellent service and good to know that the 'stock alert' button actually works.

Greenfingers is a combination of the best hardware come garden shop, with great service and prices and online. I am very pleased with the two large owl, solar powered, garden statue I bought - after quite a hunt through other online shops

I've bought a few things from Greenfingers over the last few years.
Descriptions of products are accurate and informative.
Delivery has been as predicted and on time.
I've not had to return or query anything so cannot comment on that side of their service.

Great service and good products and prices

They advertised a shed on sale and gave their delivery date between 22nd May -29th May - which was about 3 weeks later than the initial order. I thought "great" as it would in time for summer, kids could get use out of it this year etc. When I ordered it, it said the delivery date was 12th June. Not too happy but expected as i suppose. So I waited and built my foundations. No delivery on the 12th June and the company said that it was now going to be at least the 19th JULY. Not happy that is nearly 2 months after the original date they gave me. When I asked for a discount, given the fact that I had to wait 2 months more than expected and already built the foundations - they said "No". Company blamed it on the coronavirus and that it comes direct from factory which I get, but don't give me a date in May when you obviously can't keep it.

Very pleased with the Recycled Rubber Flexible Lawn Edging - Border Stone that I bought earlier this month, easy to install, looks good, and it was delivered more quickly than I was expecting.

Whilst searching the internet for lawn edging the installation video for Smartedge convinced me that it was right for my requirement so purchased a 50m roll.
The video shows the installation on what can only be described as fairly soft ground. In my case, living within the Cairngorms, our soil is very, very, stony varying in size from those used for paths to those the size of a clenched fist with the resultant effect that digging the small trench was in itself a task.
Once the trench was ready the Smartedge was positioned ready for securing with the plastic pins supplied. Yet again the stony ground proved a problem as the majority of the pins simply bent and were rendered useless (many in fact were firstly difficult to push through the holes) so in frustration I resorted to going to B&Q and purchasing a quantity of nickel coated screws approx 2/3 the length of the plastic pins which did the job.
Finished job is perfect and looks good But I would suggest that if you have a garden where the soil is similar to mine give it some thought before purchasing.

Ordered a garden three seater Ellister Delux swing seat with black canopy and cushions to match my garden chairs and table, plus a three seater cover. Received a two seater swing seat in cream. Then my original order could not be supplied. Did eventually get a full refund but two disappointed daughters. Delivery was timely but returning delayed and when I did get a date for collection, the courier came on a different day. Would not use this company again, too many problems.
