We were very pleased with the service and with the quality of the product we bought. We would whole-heartedly recommend Greenfingers to prospective purchasers.

Their website was poorly updated and so showed stock of an item they never had access to (as confirmed by the manufacturer).
Don't trust them - go to Hayes Garden World or similar trustworthy retailer.
Also whilst others invested the larger profits they were making in customer service agents to help respond to customer queries at least in a reasonable time of a few days - Greenfingers took weeks and weeks to respond to a simple stock update request - that the manufacturer responded to in 5 minutes when I rang them directly.

I ordered some recycled garden lawn edging. I am pleased with the end result, it was easy to cut to size and install. Green fingers are a good company to deal with, plenty of information and good communication.

Found Greenfingers very reliable very efficient on there delivery times and quality of there goods have no complaints at all If need be will deal with this company again

The Romantic Arch arrived well within the expected time and was easy to assemble. The dark brown colour blended in with our garden foliage. We added additional stakes at base for extra support to the arch and growing climbing rose as we have a windy garden.

Quick service and quality product have used before and will do so again.

I was very pleased with the delivery time of my well packaged item. On opening it, I was impressed with the quality of it for the price charged. Would definitely recommend this company, and I'm sure I will use them again in the future.

Ordered two infinity arches from Greenfingers as they were offering the best price we could find online. Despite a note saying that lead time could be up to 4 weeks, within a few days we received notification of our delivery slot. The arches were relatively easy to put together, though you do have to make sure that the two sides are constructed as mirror images, which the instructions don't make clear.

The timbers are good and strong and, despite some natural warping, everything pulled together well when screwed tight. The height is impressive and allows these arches to be used where there is a step up from one level to another, or where there is a slope. We had both of these situations and the arches worked well, allowing you to trim for any differences.

They have made an impressive feature in our garden!

We bought two windows to go on our garage wall and they look great!
They arrived unpainted so I painted the knots with Zinsser bin to seal them and then a coat of Zinsser cover stain primer followed by two coats of a water based gloss. The hardest part was masking up the windows every time I applied a coat of paint then taking it off in case it stuck too much to the mirror coating and pulled it off, but it was ok.
I didn’t fit the fake handles because I thought they looked a bit naff but that’s just my opinion. The brackets that fix it to the wall are ok but I had to put a small L bracket at the bottom to stop the frame flapping in the breeze.
The only thing that I didn’t like was that they stapled the fixings bag to the front of the window which left a dent in the wood, this could have been avoided by fixing it to the back of the window where it wouldn’t show any marks.
Overall a very good product at a reasonable price

Bought a lovely statue of hector the hunter for our garden and we are very impressed and satisfied with the size and quality. It looks amazing and is fantastic value for money. The all round service from greenfingers was excellent and the delivery driver was very polite. The was really well packed and we will be recommending greenfingers to anybody. Very fast delivery and excellent products

I purchased a wooden lean to which was stated as normal delivery ( i guessed at approx a week) and I've been waiting 3 weeks now. The only way to contact them is via a online form which takes them 3 days to reply and gives no other explanation as to why the delivery is not here yet other than 'its with the courier and was scheduled for the 9th'. Its now the 16th and I've emailed 3 times asking for updates, courier details etc.
These types of companies are the reason I don't shop online!

Very flexible, and the video explains it well. Excellent design, with good fittings.Really works well, in holding back the soil from the flag stones, and bending it round at each end gives it extra strength.

Have had mowers over the years but none of them cut as low as this Webb really pleased with the service from seller no postage charge and delivered on time lawn spooking better already.

I ordered our greenhouse on 16th May. I have filled numerous forms in asking where it is. I’ve Only ever got one reply saying they’re chasing the manufacturer. There is a Covid 19 crisis but surely that doesn’t stop them sending out emails. I am now going to go down the refund line now. They’ve had our money for a month now.

The customer service is excellent, this is my second purchase within a matter of weeks.
