While away in our caravan we experienced an issue with our heating system. Some of the radiators were not coming on, we guessed the system needed to be bled. I phoned Greentrees who service the caravan and firstly spoke to Wanda who agreed with the problem and she put me through to Robbie in servicing. Excellent service, he talked my husband through the procedure in a very clear way, where to find the bleed valves and how to do the job. He continued the call until the system was up and running fully. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

Just had first service of our new caravan under Greentrees 3 year plan. All completed to our satisfaction and very friendly helpful staff.

Harris, Swift Challenger 580 2021.We have a leak in our new caravan, which is being dealt with under warranty. The service has been efficient and we have been kept informed of the progress. We are now awaiting for the replacement parts for the repair to be completed.

Hi I have bought 1 caravan from Greentrees in the past the service from start to finish has been outstanding, I have also sold 3 caravans to Greentrees , they have given me such a fair price , especially compared to other local caravan suppliers, who quite honestly have tried to take advantage, in fact I’m so pleased with Greentrees that I have now ordered another new van which will be ready for collection in may.
I can’t seriously recommend these guys enough.

The staff at Greenrree's are very helpful and informative aways a pleasure to deal with.

We had great custimer service whilst on holiday last week. Our towing hitch needed atrention and an engineer came out the same day to do the repair. We would have been really stuck without them. The after sales care is really good. Thank you Greentrees!

Terrible shabby workmanship! I took my campervan to Greentrees to have a new hob/sink that was recalled by Dometic. They fixed the new unit leaving me with a leaking water pipe and they also snapped a screw so that the unit could not be tightened on the corner, but to hide what they had done they pushed the bung in to disguise it. I definitely would not recommend this company. In your response saying 5 months ago this was the first time we have been out since the end of October so we wouldn’t have known until we used the unit.

Had some factory recalls needed to be done on our caravan, Greentrees carried out the work, great job and service as usual thanks.
