Very poor service

Very poor service. I ordered a simple cable to link my phone and keyboard. It was dispatched 11 days ago yet no sign. This is a simple EU to EU purchase there should be no customs delays I've written explaining that I need the cable for work, no response. I also asked how the item was sent and could I have a tracking number, again no response. Don't bother ordering from them

Ordered 6 April, item not received still

Ordered an item on 6 April and paid via SEPA. Still not received, they said they are waiting for their delivery of the item but now I can see on the website it is back in stock and still they did not ship it. First and last time I am ordering from this company! I asked for a refund and will update this post this week.

Slow and Poor Packaging

Incredibly slow international delivery, I deal with quite a number of vendors in Germany, France, Italy, United States and the UK and Groovesland is by far the slowest of them all, literally a four week minimum.
When you parcel does finally arrived, it will almost be guaranteed to be damaged, cracked CD cases, squashed digipacks, broken BluRay cases, torn artwork on the covers. The state these items arrive in has to be seen to be believed.
Then comes the very unpleasant experience of getting a refund, they will begin by offering a pittance for something so badly damaged it's going in the bin, so the back and forth begins, then the photos and finally the refund but don't expect to be fully refunded, they will be sure to keep the postage cost.

I had my doubts about Grooves BUT

I had my doubts about using Grooves.land due to a lot of negative comments I'm glad I ignored them.
I paid by bank transfer for an added discount and after 24hrs the payment still showed as unpaid on my grooves account. After 1 email they confirmed the payment had been received and my order was being processed.
It arrived within 2 weeks no problems ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I placed an order on 6th of December

I placed an order on 6th of December. It is now the middle of March. No word and no record. I have contacted them but I don't seem to be able to cancel the order.
I wish I had seen these reviews before placed the order. I am in Ireland.

PLEASE dont buy!!!!!!!

ive made an account just to warn of this website. i bought a cd from here (im in england), they just kept pushing the "expected transit" date further and further. i emailed a month later asking for a refund/cancellation but to no avail. had to raise a dispute with my bank for it!
save your time, money and patience, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

From my experience

From my experience, this is a 3rd party who sells you items that they do not have!

I tried to purchase a vinyl album from the early 90s which was listed, paid the asking price, but when it didn't turn up, I was told that the suppliers couldn't deliver it! Like, wtf!

This is legalised fraud.

Thankfully I cancelled within 30 days and got my money back!

A real deception!

I ordered in Dicember an album by Ornella Vanoni, but didn't got it yet. They always change the probable date of despatching. But they offered it and tell you "still 7 (or 6 or 5) items in stock". This is absolutely a no-go!

I have ordered 2 Vinyl records (not cheap).
After ordering, I checked the comments here and got really scared. My order was processed and there was only 1 day delay in dispathcing the one of the 2 Items (it was 3-5 business days and took 6). Some people say tha there is no tracking number, there is if you pay 3,5 Euro extra, which I did). I received the tracking number. The order is sent through normal mail so it takes time (this is why its free!). After around 25 days I recieved my order properly packaged in mint condition. So all in all, its not a scam. I would suggest to be patient and pay for a tracking number.

Scammers

I placed a order for 2 CDs on 16.07.2025 and never received it until now 22.01.2026. I e-mailed them the next month after I placed the order, 16.08.2025. And got the standard message where they tell you the package will get delayed. Wrote 2 months ago another e-mail to ask about the package and they never responded. Don't buy from them. They will never send your package. You can not track it. You will never get a refund. These guys are scammers. I don't understand how their website is active for so long.

This website is a scam!

This website is a scam!
The product was never shipped after one month, then order canceled and no refund was issued. They keep replying that the refund is “in progress,” but my bank did rejected refund . Then they asked me to provide PayPal, claiming it would be easier for them, but said there would be high charges and offered some voucher. All of their communication appears to be just for show, intended to cover up fraudulent behavior. On main page they have Trustpilot banner with 5 star rating - also fake..

Do not use this company!

Do not use this company!! Genuinely believe they are fake or fraudulent. Purchased a CD some time ago and still awaiting its arrival, cannot contact the company, cannot track the package. Wasn't a huge amount so have put it down to experience and given up on it

Genuine trading company????

The company appears to be fake (at least by any accepted standards it is not a bona fide trader).

Avoid like the plague to avoid (as I find myself) being out of pocket and with no product!

I wish I had looked at trust pilot prior to ordering a record from them back on 2nd Dec 2025. What rings true with many other customers, has evidently just happened to me too.

I bought a record they indicated was in stock at the time.. this was intended to be a chrisrmas present for my brother.

When it had still not materialised in early Jan I got in touch with them to ask what was happening, and they very casually told me it was not in stock. I was led to believe it was readily avaliable from them at the time ordering.

As they could not provide any undertaking of how soon it would be with me or even if they would be able to get it in again, I cancelled the order and sourced elsewhere. (More cheaply as it goes, and that company, music magpie delivered it to me within a few days. I'd have gone with them from the outset had they had the product when I initially ordered in early Dec, but at that time no other stockists had the record in question).

Anyway, the upshot is they were meant to refund me within 3 to 5 working days, that time has now elapsed and they are not answering my emails.

Utterly appalling. With the benefit of hindsight and as so many people are stating, I now see they have a non existent customer service ie. They fail to refund payments and are regularly responsible for issues with "phantom" goods that never reach the customer in the first place.

Livid. These guys appear to have no conscience or professionalism whatsoever.

I wish I had checked reviews on here

I wish I had checked reviews on here. Company will not refund for non delivery of an item. Courier lost the item the track says “In Transit” and Evri even said it was lost.
Groove.lands knows all this but will not refund unless they get the item back.
They now ignore all my emails.
Awful business - avoid at all costs!

Avoid!! SCAM!!

Avoid!!! Think this is a scam company! Received a faulty item which grooves.land insisted I had to return to Germany, pay for return postage to be reimbursed later on. Grooves.land then did not accept delivery of the return and I am still waiting for my refund and reimbursement of return postage.
