Impossibly difficult to communicate…
Impossibly difficult to communicate with just to renew an existing policy with no changes. CHAT useless almost stupid. Holding for 30 minutes for real agent, then holding on phone for 15 minutes, then promised call back twice , never took place. Useless

Would be nice to have some human interaction when renewing my policy. Was told that that you cannot use my full no claims of many years from a previous vehicle on our policy with. Disappointing!
