Helpful once you get through
Helpful once you get through, took me a few times and waited over 20minutes a time as a new customer. You did allow me to make a bank transfer as I was as waiting for my new card.
The price is great. The lad on the phone, I could hear him as he thought I put the phone down and he sighed heavily as though he was bored. But all in all great. Highlighting these things to help not to complain.

Poor contacting company
You emailed for me to contact you. Tried 2 times 1st time on hold for over an hour before giving up then over 20 minutes before giving up. Had to contact you by typing everything. Not good took ages now got a missed call asking me to contact you. Our last question was is everything now sorted you said yes but apparently not.

A very user friendly site
A very user friendly site. The quote for car insurance was extremely competitive. It is also important knowing that if you need to speak to someone on the telephone this is available as previous experience of a cheap insurance company, where this is not available, was extremely frustrating.
