Excellent and swift customer service
Excellent and swift customer service. I had cancelled my policy due to selling my car, however, was insuring a new car so should have just done a change of details. The advisor was super helpful, cancelled the cancellation and gave me a quote for my new vehicle without any fuss or delay. Helpful once you get through
Helpful once you get through, took me a few times and waited over 20minutes a time as a new customer. You did allow me to make a bank transfer as I was as waiting for my new card.
The price is great. The lad on the phone, I could hear him as he thought I put the phone down and he sighed heavily as though he was bored. But all in all great. Highlighting these things to help not to complain.
