I tried to contact you yesterday, I used the chat bot & phone line but had no joy!!! E-maied yesterday morning & no reply yet! I need to change details on my motorbike insurance as I have had to send my motorbike back for an exchange due to a fault with the original motorbike! Regards Mark Lynch.

Excellent and swift customer service. I had cancelled my policy due to selling my car, however, was insuring a new car so should have just done a change of details. The advisor was super helpful, cancelled the cancellation and gave me a quote for my new vehicle without any fuss or delay.
