Cheaper, but haven’t made a claim!
It’s insurance, no problems but then I haven’t had to claim!! A lot cheaper than Direct line, who I was with for years but this company offered more at a better price!! Over £130 😁

I received a verry quick reply to my query. The lady Emma Gibson, was very efficient, recognised my concern and also difficulty i was having (my fault) in getting the information. She went beyond and emailed me within minutes the documents.

My policy has automatically renewed, I did not authorise this, I have been unable to contact them on the phone to discuss and the email is a no reply, so find it impossible to talk to them

They answered the telephone very quickly. Everything was done on line. I would still like to have my insurance documents sent to me by post. Having bought the insurance and paid, I think it would be a nice touch if a human voice were to thank me for my business, and ask if there is anything else I would like. People would appreciate that.
