Vegetable seeds

All seeds looks fresh. I planted 2 different types of seeds into a bare soil 2 weeks ago and they germinated already. Very happy with the purchase.

Might be a longer delivery time but good products

Update:
I was swiftly contacted by the company and they arranged a refund and replacement which was very kind. They also made the valid point that their delivery times are 5-10 business days (i.e. up to 2 weeks).

Original:
My order didn't arrive.
I placed my order on 22nd January and received confirmation that it had shipped on 23rd January. It didn't arrive so I contacted Growseed on 2nd February to chase it up. John replied on 3rd February to say that he would try to track the order or send a replacement that day and that he would get in touch later with an update. He didn't send an update and I emailed him again on 5th February and I am waiting for a response.

Please note we do ask customers to allow 10 postal days for orders to arrive. Replacements are dispatched on the same delivery service as originally purchased with the order.

Goods not received whats happened

Ordered Sprinkler Bar 12/1/25. Seller confirmed as shipped 13/1/25 Royal Mail 2nd class 48 delivery 3-10 working week days. No delivery was received in timscale. Customer is only given an email to contact (no phone number which is frustrating in itself) which I did 27/1/25. John responded saying a replacement would be sent from their warehouse. I responded that day to that email to confirm no parcel received, no secret delivery place and no card put through my door by Royal Mail. I have since sent a further 2 chasing emails, neither of which have elicited a response confirming goods are on the way. I notice this item is still showing as in stock on their website. If the goods do eventually turn up, communications from seller are still very poor and if the goods never appear who knows what has happened.
Updated 19.30 3/2/26. Company emailed me this evening. The replacemet second package had been sent out this time by tracked Royal Mail. Goods were left in a safe place this afternoon whilst I was out Postman did not leave a card. Original first package not arrived. Happy the seller contacted me so quickly today and I got my goods. They have sorted out my problem promptly. Would use them again no problem. Kevin Wilson

Great Product dered on linbuckets 30 ltr

I had a problem trying to put one of…

I had a problem trying to put one of the seed packs I wanted into my basket, emailed them, got a quick friendly reply and they sorted it, everything arrived promptly. So far, so excellent!

Great customer service

Ordering online was easy. Seeds delivered quite promptly. I did have a pack of seeds missing, but emailing the company got a very quick response from John with the missing seeds shipped that day. There was an extra packet also. very kind.
I will endeavour to buy seeds from here from now on as service was great.

Paid nearly £3 (for delivery of a few…

Paid nearly £3 (for delivery of a few seed packets) then waited three weeks for them to be delivered.

Also, Growseed doesn't appear to have a contact number which means speedy communication is nigh on impossible.

Our postal charges are based on Royal Mails own service prices. £2.90 for a tracked 48 300g parcel is what they charge to process the post we have no control over that I'm sorry to say.

We do ask customers to allow 10 postal days for the order to arrive, while not ideal, your order was placed on the 14/10/25 and arrived 24/10/25 (9 postal days less than a week) - there are other alternatives offered if you require the post sooner or guaranteed within a specific time frame.

Our dedicated customer service team responds to all emails that are sent.
