Wrong size sent.
Ordered 20mm and got sent an 18mm. Had it fitted onto a watch and my wife said it looks narrow for the watch it's fitted to. Measured it (I should have done this when received) and its 18mm. Stupidly I had already trimmed the length a bit, so can't exchange....Guru watches have kindly offered to send me amother one tbe right width, good customer service, thanks Nial. Edit....09.12.22 never did get the replacement....

**Update** Antony I sent the replacement when I said I would, but the Royal Mail strikes mean 1st class parcels are taking up to 2 weeks to come through, I'm sorry there isn't anything else I can do about that. I've sent you the tracking details. I'm always contactable via email or through the website.
Ahhh Anthony, I'm so sorry, I don't actually sell these in an 18mm size so there must have been a mix up with the supplier, and in my hurry to get it out to you I picked the smaller size assuming it was the 20mm
I wish you would have said, (even after trimming the one you had) its totally my mistake and of course I'll send you another one.
Its so important to me that my customers are happy, I can only resolve issues if I'm told though.
Will get one out to you tomorrow, hopefully with you by Monday/Tuesday if Royal mail are working.

Great looking tool
Great looking tool, but it’s cheap and didn’t really fit that well, the fork ends break easily and with the not great fit ended up scratching my watch back.

So impressed.
This strap is quality and so comfortable. I already have the blue one but couldn't resist this colour, I think I've found the ultimate strap. Customer service goes the extra mile and delivery to Scotland was 2 days.

Impossible shipment tracking
From Italy I ordered on 11.07.2022 a nylon watch strap from Guru Watches, paying a total of GBP 23,32; today 21.07.2022 I am still waiting the parcel. Neither tracking nor delivery status is available. Quite disappointed.
Update: I revise my review on 22.07.2022 giving 5 stars because GURU Watches promptly gave me effective explanations, problems are due to Italian Customs who are sluggish making things very slow (Brexit). Shipment tracking of Poste Italiane is eventually working.

I just emailed you with your tracking url which you should have received (not sure why it didnt come through for you but I have re-sent it to you). I posted your strap myself on the day that you ordered it, but there have been problems with Italian customs slowing things down a lot this year.
