Out of hours call out to radiator that had sprung a big leak. All the out of hours prices and instructions are clearly listed on the Website and as always the GWE engineer that arrived was 5 star.

Heating & HW system broke down.

Offered out of hours call out the same day or booked bussiness hours appointment.

As I wanted additional work and weather was warm chose an appointment 2 days later.

Turned up promptly quickly identified the pump had died, quickly replaced and carried out the additional work.

Returned 2 days later in order to tweak the pump as slightly more poweful than the old one.

Kept apprised of the cost of the work at all points both prior to arrival and while onsite before any work commenced.

Communication with Amy in the office was swift and clear at all times.

great service from start to finish. all visits for quote and for fitting on time as promised. competitive quote with price promise. fitter arrived on time, pleasant chatty and knowledgable talked through the process as he went, clean and tidy did all quoted work and little extra. phone contact always pleasant helpful service invoices arrived prompty no issues even when final invoive £17 over quote immediately rectified with no arguement. overall great service cannot fault, would recommend to anyone

We were very pleased with the service and value for money we received from GWE from quote through to completion. I had researched very thoroughly and knew I wanted a Worcester Bosch and GWE offered the best prices. The young man who came to quote was clearly knowledgeable and thorough in looking at what we wanted from the boiler.

The young men who came to do the boiler arrived when they said they would on both days, made very little mess and cleaned up what little there was (I was going to ask them to go over the rest of the house as it's such a tip at the moment, but thought that might be a bit above and beyond their job descriptions!!). They worked efficiently and were very friendly and helpful. They also explained the boiler and controls in a way even I could understand and they are so much easier than our previous boiler.

The previous boiler installation by another company 10 years ago was very poor really and we hadn't realised that water had been coming through the roof for some time where the flue came out but GWE's roofer sorted all that out.

To sum up the house is now nice and toasty and we are very pleased with the boiler and its installation and especially with the length of guarantee we got because GWE are accredited Worcester-Bosch installers.

GWE quoted me for a new Combi Boiler and were very informative from first contact. Explained everything clearly and I didn't feel I was being pressured in to a purchase or any extras. Very neat work, and they even hoovered up after themselves!

Enginner arrived 2 hours later than scheduled.Quote for repair was 50% more for labour than other quotes, (£70 1st hour, £55 after 1st hour) after comparing a few other reputable companies and time required to complete job was 2 hours longer than other companies quotes. Would not use again as too expensive / quote too long to complete a job.

Further feedback, we were offered 9-12am, engineer arrived at 1.30pm... Therefore, not within the time window as GWE response incorrectly suggested.

We always use GWE. Very knowledgeable and have given us excellent advice. All the work done for us has been tidy and efficient.

We were recomended to GWE and asked them to price for fitting underfloor heating and plumbing of our new kitchen. We thought the quote was good and went ahead.

They came when they said they would and competed the works as agreed. Steve who is one the directors came out a couple of times to 'train' me on the underfloor heating.

Overall an excellent service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recomend them based bon our experience

Superb service from Scott and his team to get our new boiler fitted after our very old boiler packed in. Even though there was a slight miscommunication, Scott dealt with the situation promptly and professionally. Very pleased and look forward to further dealings with this company.

Last autumn GWE installed a new boiler moving it to a new location in another room. They also installed a completely new bathroom. I cannot speak too highly regarding the standard of work undertaken and also that of the sub contractors they used for certain aspects of the work. Scott and Steve could not have been more helpful. Their attention to detail and after care support was beyond anything I have ever experienced in the past. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending GWE.

Installed a new Worcester boiler for me three years ago and have been servicing and gas safety checking it for me since.
Very pleased with their level of service. Original copper pipe work they did at installation was first class always good to see good workmanship.
