Friendly, competent, quick response and reasonably priced! What more could I ask for?!

We have had excellent service from GWE. They installed our boiler which was carried out efficiently leaving our flat in a clean and tidy state.
They were also most helpful when we had a water leak. They arrived very quickly and were able to identify the problem which was subsequently rectified.

Just Absolutely efficiant , professional firm. All plumber are pilite and so efficient. They know exactly what they were doing. Trustworthy , I really recommend this firm. Excellent.

GWE were fantastic from the first call out all the way through to completion of my pump being replaced following it ceasing up. The office were very prompt, polite and efficient and Mark the engineer was very professional and a real credit to the company. I would definitely recommend anyone to use GWE.

Annual boiler service:
GWE sent an email reminder that the annual service was due and we agreed a convenient day and time for the service to be carried out.
The engineer arrived on time and completed the service in a timely manner, checking the Gas pressure at the Gas meter, cleaning the condensate filter and adjusting the flue gas settings.

GWE engineers are always professional, knowledgable and leave the area clean,

As a landlady who lives over 100 miles away fom her property, I need a company who are efficient, trustworthy and reliable. All of these qualities I have found in GWE. In an emergency situation they were brilliant. They attended the property with speed & when they said they would (
always so important)!
The advice I was given was forward thinking & I never felt they were pulling the wool over my eyes. It was full of common sense & the voice of experience!
Added to which GWE staff tidied up after themselves & were courteous to my tenant. Earned their five stars!!

Scott and his fantastic team came to our rescue after a rogue company tried to increase their quote after removing our boiler, leaving us without hot water and heating during the winter. From start to finish Scott and his team treated us with the utmost courtesy. The installation of our new boiler with exterior pipework to a second floor flat was carried out efficiently with minimal disruption to ourselves, everything was left neat and tidy on a daily basis and GWE’s quote was less expensive than the others. Excellent company, nothing is too much trouble!
