Easy to find my product on the website and it arrived within a couple of days.

I ordered the item on Tuesday evening and it didn't arrive until the following Monday yet the website said 2 days

A good speedy service, would use again.

Original delivery on time but wrong part delivered. Had to wait in for couriers to collect wrong part and again on the day correct part was due to deliver. This did not arrive so after a second call to the Plumbing Shop the delivery was rescheduled. Correct part finally delivered. I was promised a refund of the shipping charge but this has not yet materialised.
A lot of time wasted for what were put down to 'warehouse errors'.

Initial service was very good but the experience went downhill from then.

I have had no response to my e mail requesting details of when to expect it either.

Part ordered 13.11.2013 and still waiting for it to arrive, now 25.11.2013. Chased on 21st to be advised part not in stock! I should have been advised of this when I ordered. Advised part was expected early next week and would be posted out. It will be interesting to see when it does arrive! 3 stars is probably too generous.

Aqualisa shower mixer cartridge arrived in good time, well packed and as expected, and at a good price too.

I ordered a specialist fitting which was delivered propmptly and was as described.

Ordered product and arrived quickly and as described on time for use

The product was as described and from the genuine manufacturer. Well packaged for transport.

Packaging, box open and damaged on delivery, although goods not affected.

Item showed as in stock with 1-2 day delivery, actually took 8 days. Good price however & reasonable telephone customer service

The hot water pump I wanted was cheapest with HIE (The Plumbing Shop). I ordered it on the 1 to 2 days delivery. After 3 days I phoned to see where it was: "It will be going out today". The next day, nothing so I phoned again and was told it would be delivered the next day which it was. So it was 5 days in total, rather than the maximum of 2 stated on the website. As we had no hot water without the pump we weren't impressed with the delay or the fact I had to chase twice.

Fast delivery of well packaged item, price was lower than anywhere else, painless transaction, would buy again.

Was very upset when I discovered a leak on our newly plastered and painted ceiling.
Even more upset when it was traced to our Sallamander pump.
I ordered on - line on the Friday and it was with me the next Tuesday. Got a confirmation email. Everything A ok.

Deal with them regularly as a trade customer good value and good delivery. One expensive item short in previous order which I did not notice for several weeks. When I phoned them they checked their stock and apologised. They sent item out that day not many suppliers would have done so.

This company is first class. Great communication, great item and quick delivery packaged really well. Will definitely recommend and use again.
