The ordered item was not suitable for purpose. Asked to return this took three
phone calls.
Getting the price refunded has taken another 4 calls and incurred interest
charges on my credit card.

Why a Cumbrian went to a Southampton supplier for his shower!
Chosen because out of about 10 potential UK suppliers of the Kinedo Pod Shower (a French product) the Plumbing Shop was by a fairly small margin the least expensive, they surprised me by being accessible and really helpful with my queries, in contrast to their competitors, also very fast and efficient in dispatching my single order. They have a large inventory of products and will be my first choice next time.

Delivery took 2 days longer than advertised, other then that, no problems.
Everything worked as expected, but would have been nice to be able to track the order, so I would have known when to expect it.
Will use the company again though - no second thoughts.

Delivered on time but need more communication!
Would use this company again but they really need to implement a mechanism for notifying customers that their purchase is on the way!! I had no idea whether my order had been processed and as I had a leaking shower valve it was pretty critical to know if the product was going to arrive soon. Couldn't fault the advice given but this was after I'd phoned to get confirmation of delivery.

After checking various plumbing shops etc always end up going to HIE even though
some distance from my home they have never let me down with deliveries.
