H20 are Polite, Efficient Punctual and Trustworthy . They have never let us down in all tge years that we have used their Services for heating and plumbing.
I wouldn't dream if looking elsewhere and am happy to leave my Credit Card details with them for any future jobs.

Broken tap - they fixed it efficiently at a good price. Excellent office staff (gosh they answer when you call, make swift appointments with a one hour window, confirm on email), excellent plumber. I recommend highly.

I would have given 5 stars however gas boiler engineer missed leak in the boiler

Incredibly happy with the service, price, and speed. Would highly recommend H2 Property Services Ltd. Dave the engineer was so helpful providing, knowledgeable and honest opinions on a couple of other issues that I need looking at. So will be using them again without hesitation.

Following a 10 minute visit (I'm not exaggerating) and without any fix, £112 was removed from my account.

They then quoted ~£350 for further works. I found an experienced local plumber who did the job for less than half the price. I recommend others do the same.

the work carried out by the engineer seems satisfactory - but I did not like the way that payment was deducted from my card without any prior feedback for the work.

The non-obvious cause of intermittent boiler failure was discovered and fixed. Professional job, quick service.

Very punctual and left a few minutes later. However he neglected to tell the tenant that he'd fixed the problem, by resetting the fuse. When the tenant asked he said the cylinder was"full of crap" and that he would put it all in his report leaving the tenant and I believing the cylinder would have to be replaced. The report came a day later. Bit annoying.

This is a weird one. The service on the whole was good although I had to chase on a few occasions to get to next stage, but they didn’t actually ‘solve’ the problem. Kudos to Dave who was a great person to have in the house. Would recommend overall.

Pretty much always my go to company for for electrical and plumbing issues. Fast, honest and reliable. Would recommend these guys to anyone really.

Excellent service by this company. At such short notice in the current winter conditions to fit a new pump for the boiler that had stopped working the day before. We have 2 children, aged 4 and 11 months old so it was vital that we had heating and especially hot water. Couldn’t thank them enough. Highly recommend this company. THANK YOU

H2 have been fab - I contacted the company about problems with my boiler and their representative was able to attend very promptly. The quote foe the work was transparent and there were no hidden costs or surprises. The works were performed to a really high standard and they were a pleasure to work with - thank you H2!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for ages as I had my whole heating system replaced over a year ago now, and it hasn’t missed a beat since. I’m really happy with the work that was done efficiently, cleanly and with great skill. Lovely pipework from Darren (and his apprentice) and electrics were neat and tidy from Raff. I’d highly recommend H2. Guy will visit, plan it out and cost it with you then his team will come in and do a great job. Friendly, skilled and efficient work that has proved completely reliable. Great to see some apprentices on the job too, learning their trade from the pros. I’ve recommended to friends and family who have also been more than happy.
