We carry out reactive and planned repairs, maintenance services, new installations, landlord certificates for gas and electrics, drainage services and much more. Operating all over London we employ local qualified engineers who have years of experience and are proud to work for small, reliable company with exceptional customer service. Our customers are private home-owners and landlords. Extremely poor and overpriced. Avoid.

We spent over £3000 with H2 on a new boiler for our rental flat. The fitter appeared to have left in a hurry not having connected the boiler to the thermostat correctly leaving a malfunctioning boiler continually on full blast.. H2 refused to return to fix this fault without charging an additional call out fee claiming that they fitted it correctly. We had to call Vaillant, the manufacturer who fixed the fault in seconds. They confirmed it to be H2's fitting error. H2 refused to apologise either to us or Vaillant for wasting both our time.
After spending this amount, they should have sorted our problem not just washed their hands of it.
A thoroughly unprofessional company who also seem happy to overcharge where they can, such as phantom parking charges and much longer time than initially indicated.. Ignore their initial telephone charm, and go elsewhere.

Dear Mr and Mrs Wright, I am naturally disappointed that you have chosen to write such a negative review about H2 given how hard we all worked on your behalf to provide a quick turn-around in installing your new boiler and how we also went out of our way to help you with other issues in your flat.

We did not over-charge you, in fact at every stage we tried to help you by not charging you for extra jobs we were asked to do, such as fixing the kitchen waste which we were happy to do at no extra cost while we were on site to install your boiler. We also were happy to organise in its entirety for you, free of charge again, the purchase, collection and delivery of a new hob and we also gave you the hob at cost allowing you to benefit from our substantial trade discount. We did all of this because you were spending a relatively large amount of money with us on a new boiler installation and we appreciated that your tenants needed all of this doing in the quickest possible time. From the first time we ever heard from you on the Monday, we supplied and fitted your new central heating boiler, carried out a full repair on your sink waste plumbing, bought and installed a new gas hob for you and finally returned on Friday of the same week to show your tenants how to use the boiler - I cannot see how this has taken a long time or that we have overcharged for our work.

Unfortunately at every turn you found reason to critisise us however we have always tried to communicate with you. Your boiler was fitted to a high standard and when we went out on the Friday morning to show your tenant how the boiler worked, the boiler was working as it should be. The reason we subsequently advised you to call out Vaillant was because our workmanship was not the cause of any problem but your warrantee with Vaillant would allow their engineer to fix any problem quickly, which they did, as we would expect them to do, since it is one of their products. As you know we offer a full twelve month labour guarantee on all our workmanship but as this was not the problem we recommended you to call the manufacturer out directly, using the warranty that we provided from Vaillant when we fitted the boiler.

However I feel that your anger is more to do with the unexpected costs involved in replacing the boiler, not that we over-charged. Unfortunately H2 did not cause the breakdown of your boiler or hob and as such we cannot be held responsible for the costs involved in replacing either or indeed fixing faulty plumbing that you required doing in your property.

As ever, we are here to help and if you would like to get in touch with us we would be willing to carry out a free annual service on your boiler. This will extend its life and keep your manufacturer's warranty intact.

Reliable but expensive

I have used H2 many times over the years however they don't own up to mistakes although they will send someone round to fix the problem if they haven't fixed the problem first time round - this can result in double charging or other charges being added. They are generally reliable, turn up on time and save a lot of grief but be prepared to pay a premium over what you might pay another company. When it works, you don't mind the cost but when you are double charged, it is very annoying. Guy Holdsworth-Hunt has a cash cow but should be wary of overcharging customers in a climate of austerity!

Fabulous Service

Every time we have used H2 Services, they have been on time, on budget and have effectively resolved our problem, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Professional and efficient!

I have recently used H2 Property Services to undertake a vast array of work in my property and they have done a wonderful job whilst working here. The plumber was on time, worked extremely hard and was extremely polite.
