Emails are dispatched automatically on dispatch, please check your spam folder as they can sometimes end up in there. In regards to delivery, your parcel was dispatched on time, there were delays in the Royal Mail network which lead to your order being delivered a day later than usual, the service selected is estimated not guaranteed. The only guaranteed service is special delivery.

Damaged on arrival with no internal packaging!
I ordered six bottles of L'Oreal hair mousse they arrived in a box with a 'Handle with care' sticker on the front. Upon opening box I found the bottles had no protective wrapping or padding and subsequently all the bottles were damaged, had broken lids and some were leaking! I would say to this company a bit pointless to put a sticker on the front of box if you are not going to pack the products properly in the first place. I won't be ordering again!
