Hot Air Brush
I ordered a hot air brush,but when I received it I could see straight away the barrel was far too large. I phoned the firm, they could not have been nicer, the gentleman I spoke to was lovely and told me that it was no problem and just return the item, within 2days my money had been refunded.Will not hesitate to use this firm again.

Quite expensive and found another…

Good free delivery
The item was delivered within the 5 days as per the free delivery option and it was well packaged. The hot brush was a replacement for the same model I had that was at the end of its useful life and works just fine.

Sent me the wrong product
Sent me the wrong product, I work and can’t get to the post office to send back till Saturday. They are not sending me the right product till they receive the wrong product back and it’s costing me to send it back. I needed the product for next week, but won’t be getting it in time.Won’t be buying from this company again! Really not happy!!! I’m not able to reply to the reply but I’m editing this as a reply. I sent 2 email regarding those error and I’ve still got those and the replies to them. I have the advice from you but nothing said about a prepaid label. I’m very disappointed in the treatment I have received.
