Do not waste your time ordering from this company!
The website is clunky. I had to make two calls to find out if my payment had gone through!
The woman answering the phone needs customer service training! At no time was I made aware my order was delayed; three different staff members said they would get back to me ! No one did. Three times the same woman said she would chase my order and get back to me. She never did and after ten days of waiting, I got fed up and asked for a refund, which was promptly repaid. Do *not* waste your time ordering from this company. This has made me look bad in front of my customers. I’ve wasted ten days of my life trying to get my order and now I still have to buy the handles from another company.

Company made a mistake and I received one item too few but they sent it out first class post when I reported the error.

Poor service
There was an issue with the delivery and I received no communication to keep me updated. Delivery took 15 from the original delivery date. Very poor service indeed!
