I cant speak about their hinges but their handles came quickly and good value if you need some to fit behind shutters.

I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to call out the excellent service from the team at Handles and Hinges. We'd moved into a new house and all of the window hardware needed to be replaced with something more modern, including the patio door handles, hinges and all 62 of the window handles. Everything was ordered and delivered within a few days with great help from Jackie and the team in the office and through a reputable courier. The website is also very clear with detailed drawings, very helpful if, like me, you don't know what you are looking for.

Excellent service. The handy fittings guide allowed me to order the exact parts I needed which arrived a couple of days later. First class, guys, keep it up!

Moved into new house and no keys whatsoever for the uPVC windows which were all unlocked, thus invalidating our home insurance and also a risk for the 5 yr olds bedroom. Sent a picture of handle and lock - reply within 24 hrs saying which key I needed. Ordered 12 keys at a very reasonable price and they arrived 2 days later. Keys worked perfectly. Recently ordered a door handle that every other company said was no longer available, I got one from this company and it was an amazing price as the handle feels of a high quality and fitted perfectly.
The item was sent out really quickly arriving in a few days which was very impressive. Happy to recommend and would happily use them again.

After making a mistake with my order receiving the wrong size hinges, they didn't then rush or prioritise my corrected order in anyway, instead just put me on the general 'to do' list, as a result I lost 3 days waiting for them and upset my valued customers deadline...

Can't fault at all. Took pictures of the handles on a Saturday afternoon, they came back first thing Monday with the correct key needed. Ordered Monday afternoon got the key on Wednesday

I am so impressed with this company. We recently bought a place and found that the bedroom windows were locked shut with no key for it. I sent a photo in to Handles and Hinges of the window lock and they sent me the exact key that I needed for a very reasonable price. I was a bit sceptical as to whether it would actually fit but it worked a treat and now we can actually open the windows which don't look like they had been opened in a very long time. I would definitely recommend to anyone in a similar position.

Totally useless to deal with, rude and shipping times are a absolute Joke.

paid the max £6.99 for courier service on Friday at 1145 am . Emailed on the weekend to ask where my parcel was.
On Monday at 11am told shipping would take place this afternoon??
when I questioned this was told " were not amazon!! and a rude email.
I questioned why offer a fast shipping service but then not bother to post for almost 4 days and told " was ordered to late Friday?? 1145 am too late to ship..... ??
we don't work weekends.... and obviously don't ship before Monday afternoon??.
Was then told if not happy with shipping times will refund after already waiting 4 days for a job to fix broken windows .

I finally received my order on the Thursday so almost 7 days after ordering and paying the most expensive shipping costs.

Ordered a replacement set of door handles which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the screws supplied were too short to attach the handle. I rang the company and spoke to a lovely lady who said they could send longer screws the next day at no charge. These arrived as promised. Great quality product and customer service.

Sent the company a picture of the window for which we had no key for and they identified the key. Arrived quickly and perfect fit.

Length of time to get order is poor, expect a 2 week delivery time frame.

So simple - sent two photos of my window locks by Messenger, a link to the correct key on their website came back to me the same day. Keys mailed the following day and arrived two days later! Perfect!!!

I sent the company a picture of my uPVC handles and they identified the key I needed within 24 hours. I ordered the key for and received my delivery a few days later. I would highly recommend.

After breaking a key in a window lock I couldn't find any other keys that looked like it on the web. After contacting them sent pictures of the key and the lock. They recommended a particular key and I bought two. Arrived today and fits perfectly. Even seem better quality than the one that broke. Would certainly use again.
