On time; your automated delivery notification system was very good; and our friends loved what they got. One suggestion - a note on the outside of the box to indicate if there are items that need refrigeration (our friends weren't going to open this till Xmas day, but because they weren't sure what was in it, they had to open it as soon as they got it). Superb box and content but what really surprised me pleasantly was the care the team provided, even going as far as personally contacting me and informing me of the package’s delivery status as I was not home to collect it when if was initially delivered. Really impressed and happy to have trusted this company. I reccomend them!

This company is great. I was ordering the hamper from Canada for my friend in Edinburgh. Kelly went above and beyond to ensure the package was delivered safely after I had omitted some information for the address. She sent me regular updates as to the situation. My Mum was over the moon with the hamper for her 75th birthday. I live in New Zealand so have to but stuff by internet for delivery to Wales. Great products inside and the hamper itself was good quality and that makes a huge difference to presentation :)

The recipients of this gift loved it, stating well curated foods and a lovely reusable hamper. There was a mild snafu with the delivery due to a confusing address but overall, I would order from handmade hampers again. They had a good selection and processed the order quickly.
