When there was a problem with our delivery, through no fault of their own, Kelly kept us fully informed about the issue & resolved it effectively. Quick reply from the company and clear communication. The hamper was well received, albeit late due to the delivery agency ignoring delivery notes not the hamper company, and the choice of treats were very good.

Very timely delivery. We ordered a hamper as a gift and it actually arrived early which was great as it meant they had it in time for the weekend. Very easy to order and the process was very quick and efficient.

I had a mistake in the delivery address so emailed on a saturday evening AND got a response saying the correct address had been added- and the hamper was still delivered on the Monday. Amazing service thank you!
