Lovely gift, great quality

We have the same personalised sack for our other child, lovely looking and festive. Took a long time to arrive. But overall happy with it.

Very smooth process kept informed of all stages

The stockings are excellent quality and generous size. Really pleased with them and would definitely recommend them.

My family had inadvertently lost my granddaughter's Christmas sack and were desperate to replace it. I placed the order and asked if it could be rushed through as I was leaving for Germany and needed to take it with me. They were amazing!! Kept me informed of the order's progress and i received it in good time. So wonderful to work with such a caring company!!

An excellent company with great products. As a smaller company the customer service seemed a lot more personal. My gifts were fudge crackers going to New Zealand and I had updates of where they were from start to arriving there. I will use again and definitely recommend.

Very very helpful customer service and quality product. I wish I had found them sooner.

The letters on the wooden box were very light and hard to read.

I’ve ordered previously and had a good experience, so after having our first baby wanted to add to our collection of personalised items. The quality of all of the items was great, but our son’s surname was missing characters on 2 of the 3 items!
I emailed the customer service team, and was told this was my error and they couldn’t help me beyond offering me a 50% discount on a reorder. I’ve been very frustrated as I typed my son’s name correctly on 3 separate items, and received 3 different variations. No where in the descriptions does it state a character limit, and I was told it was my error for not checking the confirmation email (why would I, I know how to spell my own surname?)
After some back and forth, and getting increasingly closer to Christmas, I responded to give up and reorder only to receive no response from the customer service team.
So disappointed, as I’ve used mine and my husband’s stockings for 7 years now and just wanted to expand our collection for our son.

My advice is pray you don’t have a long name or need any help from the customer service team.

Failed to put in the correct address for delivery I got in touch and and received an immediate response.
As for the product, my 4 year old fully believed it and my wife cried 😂

We ordered crackers for our Christmas party, and they are so beautiful! The customer service we received was also excellent.

Crackers look lovely but be aware they’re more a deep rose colour than the traditional Christmas red I’d expected.

Have purchased many items, my favourite being the Christmas sacks. Great quality and love that they can be personalised, I ordered one again this year for the newest member of the family as well as three lovely gingerbread men tree decorations. Great service and delivery always ☺️

I have purchased three items from the Handmade Christmas co now and they are really lovely. We also used the company for corporate gifts which were beautiful. Will definitely be using next year!
