Nothing negative however if you want a review then make it easier and pre-fill the order number so I don’t need to go searching for it.

The company is great, good idea to be able to track the progress of the item being made, fairly quick delivery given it’s a small business and the item I ordered was personalised. My only negative is that my wooden box has a slight grey tint in certain parts and over the personalised name however doesn’t affect the use and is still a really lovely product.

Items where as described if not better, communicating was great and delivery was not very long at all. I cant wait to see my daughters face when she sees the items.

Last year I bought the personalised baubles and we loved them. This year I decided to buy the personalised wooden decorations and they didn’t disappoint. Most of my family live in other countries and I thought this was a good way to remember them at Christmas. All our names on the Christmas tree. The waiting time was reasonable given the personalised nature of the items I ordered and Handmade Christmas Co packaged my order well so I don’t mind the delivery charges, plus you can track your order. If you are looking for that extra special touch during the festive season, I strongly recommend you to have a mooch at what’s on offer.

The decorations are beautiful. They arrived quickly and were beautifully wrapped. Can not wait to give them as christmas gifts.

Amazing quality as always

Really disappointed, not the quality of previous years.
I ordered 2 personalised Christmas decorations.
The laser marks on the wood grain are very uneven - darker in some areas and really light in others which makes it look unfinished.
There are also obvious marks in the wood which make it appear damaged and detract from the finish.
The name on one of the decorations is not central so looks unprofessional.
I have contacted the company but they appear to think all of these issues are acceptable!!
This was my third year ordering from this company and these decorations are definitely inferior quality.
I’m not sure I can give these as gifts due to the quality.

Very happy with my purchase. The chocolate bars look amazing and are very good quality. When I had a query with my order I sent an email at night and the following morning I received a reply giving a clear response. I would definitely recommend this site.

I ordered a personalised Christmas cracker for my great nephew as an addition to his Christmas present. I saw this company on line and it was just what I was looking for. Ordering was easy and I could track item. The item arrived on time and the personalisation was great. Beautifully presented and his name was so clear on the Cracker. I was a bit worried as it contained a small minature of alcohol but worrying unnecessarily, it was packed great. I would recommend this company for something a bit different and will certainly use them in the future. Well done.

Really lovely items all well made and beautifully curated. Packed well and shipped reasonably quickly. Was kept informed every step of the way. Really good experience would buy from again!

Absolutely love the lined Christmas sacks and I have bought one for each of my grandchildren for their first Christmas. I followed them up with the Christmas Eve boxes which have been a big success. Great company. Love the products. Keep up the good work!

I ordered personalised Christmas crackers and am very, very happy with them. They are just great! I had contacted with The Handmade Christmas Co regarding delivery times and received a reply almost straight away. Very friendly, fast and efficient service and the crackers are beautiful.
