Delivered someone else's funeral wreath…
Delivered someone else's funeral wreath to my mother, instead of some sympathy flowers, the day before my fathers funeral. Phone number is unobtainable, and they do not answer emails or social media messages. To make matters worse, the card read as if my mother had died. Despicable behaviour from a company that should understand they will be dealing with people at sensitive times in their lives.
I feel equally sorry for the people expecting a wreath for their funeral, and ended up with a bunch of flowers.
AVOID THIS "COMPANY" AT ALL COSTS.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering
Bought my wife some anniversary flowers, delivery was supposed to be between 8am-6pm. 10pm we're getting ready for bed and there's a knock at the door - I open it to find the flowers on the doorstep and courier nowhere to be seen.
The flowers were nice to be fair, but completely pointless at that point. I contacted the company to complain (by email as the number on their website doesn't work) and their response was basically 'they were delivered weren't they'
Brilliant.

Failed delivery
Ordered flowers for my Mum's Birthday for delivery 30th December and paid the additional fee for guaranteed delivery. Advised yesterday of a 1 day delay, which I was prepared to accept as these things can happen. Have now had a further update on a delay until Tuesday 3rd so have cancelled. Appalling service
Awful awful experience 😡 !!!
Awful awful experience 😡 do not use !!!!
Ordered funeral flowers a week ago and they rang and cancelled 30 minutes before they were meant to be at funeral … cannot express distress this caused. Pay extra and go to a reputable company.
The pictures on website have nothing…
The pictures on website have nothing similar what you get in your hand. I bought flowers for my friend for £55, they looks as Lidl or Asda flowers bucket for £4.50.

Hand Flowers (not so handy or...good)
I wish I had taken time to read these reviews about so called Handy Flowers. below is a delineation of the myriad issues i've experienced on one order. the issues:
a) flowers delivered on the wrong day; per the original online order as well as a follow-up phone call with one of their people, the flowers were supposed to be delivered as a surprise on Saturday the 10th but unfortunately were delivered a day before on Friday the 9th (thereby ruining the surprise for Saturday);
b) not only were the flowers delivered on the wrong day the card that I had created online was left blank keeping the recipient in the dark about who was the sender; for some reason whilst the card was left blank, the details of the delivery were included on the top of the flowers making it look like amateur hour frankly;
c) finally, I had a confusing call from one of their people on Friday to say they had run out of red roses (!?) and tried to sell me on a different colour of roses. I explained this is an anniversary gift and has to be red roses; a discussion ensued of just how many they really had (she wasn’t sure) and after a 2nd call back she indicated they didn’t have the 30 roses originally ordered and paid for but rather 24. I told her while I was disappointed in not having the amount I paid for, 24 roses would suffice and she agreed that the company would provide a discount to my bill of £114.
Before we hung-up she re-confirmed that the roses would be delivered on Saturday as requested. Despite this verbal confirmation, the flowers – with only 24 roses -- were delivered a few hours later on Friday afternoon with the blank note card.
I did just speak with someone (i think the same person as Friday) and she claims the flowers were not delivered Friday but on Saturday....that's what she claims her delivery people are saying.
Anyway, a very bad experience...do NOT use them!

Horrible service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Horrible service!
I ordered the flowers for my wife to be delivered the same day with extra charge, which order was accepted by the company but never actioned!
The next day when I asked for a refund they offered the flowers to be delivered the day after?? Is this a joke ? The day after the intended occasion.
I would not recommend this company to anyone, they did not even notify me that the flowers would not be delivered on the day!
UPDATE!
10 days passed after I called the company and cancelled delayed delivery and no refund on my account. Only when called again, they refunded my money for their failed service.
DO NOT USE !

Later delivery and poor quality.
I am using this company for the second time in a year. I sent birthday flowers to a sick relative today. I paid £80 for them, which included a premium for morning (before noon) delivery. They arrived at 12:35 and were of poor quality, with gashes, withered parts, not to mention being late. My family were embarrassed to tell me about their disappointment in the flowers. I had thought of using Interflora at the time, and wish I had.

On 8/6/22 I ordered a 'pi k chiffon…
On 8/6/22 I ordered a 'pi k chiffon deluxe' bouquet (top price). Order form listed the flowers included ( pink roses, pink spray roses, pink phlox: reason for choosing this bouquet). It was delivered promptly but contained none of the flowers noted above. Instead it had fake looking hydrangeas and far too many gerberas (not mentioned on website for this bouquet).
The flowers wilted far too quickly and had to be thrown out by day 4.
I contacted Handy Flowers by email but have not received an explanation to date.
I would NOT recommend this business and will certainly not use them again.
Total dissappointment
I ordered the Deluxe bouquet for my daughter's birthday today. Unfortunately, she got substantially different from the pictured NOBLE BEAUTY on the site. The florist substituted the purple flowers with pink and the long white flowers with just green leaves. It is a different combination of flowers and colors—total disappointment in my view.
These are the worst cheapest most…
These are the worst cheapest most horrible flowers I have ever received. And I know the person who sent them would be appalled. I looked them up and they were £50 for a bunch that looked they came from a petrol station. All the reviews on the website are fake - if you want proof, ask yourself why they were mostly written by ‘men.’

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a £70 sympathy bouquet which was supposed to be a deluxe bouquet to be delivered to my grandmother. What arrived looked like they bought some old flowers from Walmart. Nothing remotely like the bouquet I ordered. I am so disgusted and embarrassed by what was delivered
Do not waste a penny ordering from them
Too late for funeral
Ordered flowers for a funeral and paid £15 extra for delivery before midday, to ensure they arrived in time. Message came through after the funeral that there was a delay. So far, no refund, and nobody answering the telephone. Beware.
DO NOT USE. BE WARNED!!
I don’t normally bother with reviews but I feel it’s my duty to WARN others not to be fooled by this company.
Decided to use these because of the ‘order before 2pm same day delivery’ service they offered. After placing the order (which cost £70) I got an email saying their courier had had an accident and the order would be delivered the next day. They were, after 6pm! You would think delayed orders would be prioritised but clearly not and you then don’t even keep within your own delivery time.
When the order did arrive my friend sent me a picture thanking me for them and I am embarrassed that they would think I would send them the absolute garbage that was sent. This is what they received - six half dead yellow roses, some chrysanthemums which looked so worn out you would guess they were from an old bouquet you’re about to throw out, not a newly fresh one, some other nondescript flowers which had yet to bloom, which look so dry I doubt they will flower and some foliage.
Absolute shame on you for charging £70 for something that looks like it’s been picked up out of the bin.

Helpful and efficient staff, wonderful service and the flowers were exquisite

Good quality, on time and much appreciated.
I ordered flowers, a teddy bear came with them, and a balloon for my granddaughters first birthday. The flowers were just as advertised, the delivery was on time, came with a handwritten note and was everything I ordered. I am very pleased with the service and care.
Do not use!!
Wish I read the reviews before I ordered!
What I received was awful, the flowers where thrown about in the box & not well packaged at all. All it was packaged with is a bit of bubble wrap so no wonder why the flowers have been flung around.
Funerals are hard enough without having disappointment in the flowers.
That teaches me to not get them locally. For what I paid it is disgusting that you think what you sent is acceptable.
The roses used are already beginning to wilt and don’t look fresh at all.
I ordered a funeral wreath to be delivered. The only thing I have been happy with is the delivery, as it arrived on the day I wanted. Thank goodness I didn’t get them sent straight to the funeral directors, it an embarrassment to use the wreath!
I have emailed this morning and still haven’t heard a reply back, I’m not surprised though as their inbox must be full of disappointed customers.
I want a refund for a minimum of half what I paid. But it’s likely I won’t get that as I’ve seen one of the reviews say they were offered 5%

Do not use ths company, use a local florist by Interflora
Flowers to an elderly relative arrived damaged due to inadequate packing.
They were expensive for the amount delivered anyway.
Handyflowers blamed the couriers.
I sent pictures showing the flowers upside down in the box and heads off,but they refused a full refund, still waiting for the promised !5% refund. Nothing has changed. They want details and they have them all.
Very Happy Customer
I ordered a wreath for my uncles funeral from the Chalfont branch. The flowers were beautiful. The wreath looked exactly like it did in the picture. The service was great. They even contacted the funeral parlour so they could arrange to deliver during opening times and emailed me to let me know.
I'm genuinely surprised to see so many poor reviews. I would definitely use their services again and would definitely recommend.

Plants were supposed to have been delivered on my birthday - no delivery. We received an email at 20:00 (8pm) to state the driver had an accident and the flowers would be delivered the next day!!! They wait until evening to inform us of the delay??!!! The company did not answer their telephone nor respond to 3 voice mail messages. A 10% refund was offered but doubt it will be made. Plants arrived next day, late. Flowers (roses) had to be thrown out 4 days later due to poor quality and condition. There are too many reliable florists out there to use, don't use this one. And don't believe the website.
