What a great team of solicitors especially Ismail who went above and beyond to sell my bungalow. He was professional always and very supportive in explaining and breaking down legal documents. Always answered the phone and returned calls. Found him to be polite professional and always enthusiastic. Absolutely DO NOT USE Gavin Coates from this firm. He kept important paperwork on his desk for over a week when time was of the essence! He told us we needed adverse possession which would take 2 months minimum, which we didn’t have that time so nearly lost our sale and future home, we took the risk and proceeded and it was only an updated boundary which took 10 days, but if we’d took his word we would have pulled out. He was extremely passive aggressive, his tone when speaking to you was off , not professional at all . A very arrogant man

We recently had the chance to work with an incredible team of solicitors, and honestly, it was such a great experience. Wasim really knew his stuff when it came to property law, making the whole mortgage process feel a lot less overwhelming. His clear explanations helped us understand everything. I was recommended to use this firm to complete my conveyancing for the purchase of my first property. This was a stressful experience as it took 6 months to complete due to unnecessary delays.

Instead of being emailed all relevant documents in one go, I was sent bits and pieces which lead to confusion and having to request further information from the seller. One concerning thing was being sent a form (TA7) with a page missing. This shows lack of attention to detail as this should have been checked over before sending to me.

Furthermore, due to an minor issue highlighted in my home buyers survey I requested for something to be fixed to the seller, however this request was misinterpreted which annoyed my seller and their solicitor causing even more delays with exchanging.

Their processes are very transactional/task focused and did not feel that I was communicated or advised to very well. On a disappointing note on completion day I had to call and find out if my purchase had completed. When I called I was told an email was sent to confirm completion but this was not the case.

At the end of the day all legal parts was completed fine, but better professionalism, communication and advice would have been better in my opinion.
