I recenly used Hannah Solicitors for my property sale. Sally and her team were absoutely amazing. From start to finish the communication was brilliant and the care taken throughout was faultless. I have used many solicitors in the past and this has by far been my best experience. Highly recommended and I wouldnt hesitate to use again in the future.

There is a flaw in their conveyancing process - they won’t review the contract pack from a buyers perspective but rather just follow the solicitation process. If you find out certain concerns they won’t advise on the ways to handle it.
In addition they share all the necessary documents for buyer’s review post all searches are completed and they have created the expert review pack on the property which is pretty late in cycle, at that point if for some reasons you pull out of the deal they charge you hefty legal fees even if the sales didn’t go through.

Please consider above points before instructing.

They are super thorough and great with communication - they spotted errors in paperwork from seller solicitors and management packs for the leasehold, making sure everything was in check and I did not proceed without having all paperwork to the highest standard to ensure I was covered once purchasing the property. I used Hannah solicitors to sell my property. I can only say that Hassan Abbasi, who did all the conveyancing work, is the most dedicated, efficient and assiduous person I have had the pleasure of working with. He responds to emails virtually by return and has always worked impeccably towards the completion of the sale. He is a super guy and I would recommend him to anyone wanting a fast, easy and trouble free house sale.

Poor communication throughout, even after chasing for 2 weeks. I did get an apology from the trainee who was handling my case and I was told my emails got dropped as she had been on leave. The experience left me with zero confidence with some of the issues and caveats in the property I was purchasing. I terminated the service and had to pay 75% of the bill. Overall my personal opinion on my experience with them is lack professionalism and lack of communication.
