acaccess sortted.. But not happy that I had no justice for my trail.

Excellent company purchased My 2nd property with them. Raecce was excellent always kept me in the loop. Turnaround was very quick always answered any questions I had. Always available on the phone. Top people to deal with with excellent prices. Recommend very highly you will not be disappointed.

If I could it would be 0 stars, these lot have no idea about buying and selling properties. No such thing as email privacy, they all seem to have access to email accounts even though they are individual accounts not generic. I’m just so glad the sale fell through and we didn’t have to deal with them. They wanted extra identification documents when asked why the only reason they could give was if they didn’t their license would be taken off them? Had no other answers! I’d paid a down payment it took me 5 months to get that refunded! I’m 100% certain they were hoping that I would forget about it, they then had the audacity to take a chunk of it for work they never did! This is a one man band with a paralegal, neither know what’s going on. Only Asian estate agents recommend these lot, I’m so glad I brought my house with a different law firm!

Danish provided an amazing professional service. Very knowledgeable. He was extremely caring and compassionate to my brother. We will definitely use this comp again.

Fantastic communication from Sahiba during the process of selling and purchasing another property. It was not a straight forward transaction however Sahiba was extremely responsive and acted upon everything that was presented.

I used this firm to purchase my current property.
they were pedantically slow, needed documentary proof of all funding and did not believe bank statements. Despite them NOT being involved in the separate bridging loan they demanded all documents relating to loan and REFUSED to complete until all their demands had been met
