Absolutely fantastic company nothing is ever too much trouble, I have txt and rang at all hours and they have helped straight away, in 25 years of hospitality I couldn't praise a provider anymore, the personal touch makes a difference.

Been with Happy ePos now for over 2 years and honestly cant find a fault. David Sheppard has been an absolute delight to work alongside. Anytime I call, He answers & Nothing is too much of a problem. Would recommend to anybody!

We recently purchased a new till system with HappyPos for our small business and we couldn't be happier with the decision. This till system has completely transformed the way we manage our daily transactions and has made running our business so much more efficient.

HappyPos was recommended to us and we haven't looked back since. They have made the whole business of getting a POS very simple and given us their total support through the whole process. Installation was very fast, very smooth, full training was provided on the till which is so easy to use, even for someone such as myself (a technophobe!) Any problems are dealt with rapidly, any amendments we need are done to our convenience. I would recommend HappyPos to anyone who wants their business to run smoother and improve efficiency.

We can highly recommend HappyPOS. David has been very helpful right from the start. We discussed exactly what we needed to suit or business. The whole setup of the hardware and software was done really smoothly, and efficiently and is just what we want. Whenever we’ve wanted to make changes or add things David has been very quick to respond and make these happen. The support has been fantastic. David is always there at the end of the phone with support straight away and always resolves any issues really quickly. Which has been great especially at weekends and during busy times. What we like best about HappyPOS is the personal local service from David. There’s no waiting on the phone to endless call centres and because he now knows us and our setup you don’t have to explain yourself every time. We get that consistency of good support from the same person every time.

David and the team treat you and your business like you are their own. They are with you every step of the way, no question is too silly or too small. Having the flexibility to call 24/7 helps massively especially when technical problems arise during busy times. Being able to stream-line, automate, cost/report things more efficiently helps reduce paperwork time too, and less room for manual errors. I couldn't recommend Happy Pos enough.

We are extremely happy with our HappyPos Epos system. It has made life much easier in our cafe, the checks going directly through to the kitchen ensures we never miss an order (which occasionally happened on written checks!) David is super helpful, always on hand if you need him and always sorts out any issues that arise. 100% happy and would definitely recommend!

David has been very helpful, investigating issues we were having with our systems prior to even signing a contract with himself. We are now transferring both sites to David!
