Excellent service from David with our Epos system. Always on hand to help with any issues we had when getting used to the Epos till and happy to pop down and show us when we were ready to start using more advanced programmes within the till system. Great after sales service.

We now use Happy Pos at both of our sites and have had several tills installed by David. The service is always fantastic ! We were set up and ready to go in no time and David is always available if we have any queries, we really wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new till system, it’s so easy to use and again customer service is fab.

We came across Happy Pos via a recommendation, we were sceptical at first because we had a old till system that worked but was out of date, so why change it?? David and his team made the whole process so easy and now it's the best thing we have ever done ✔. Our till, weighing scales and card machines are all linked, which saves us time and now with the epos system we have better knowledge of our business. Highly recommend! Also its great to always have someone on the other end of the phone to help us out if needs be. 😊

We have recently opened a brand new cocktail bar, Lounge 72 (Old Town, Stevenage), and used HappyPos for our POS system, they have been amazing, if we ever needed anything David did this straight away, we could call any day, any hour and he come to site whenever needed to show us how slick and easy the system was, how to run required reports and the back office set up. Fantastic 5* customer service!! I was previously with another card machine provider and had numerous issues but since moving over to HappyPos I've not had any problems at all. The whole experience has just been so easy and straight forward. Definitely recommend! Thank you!!

Absolutely amazing 5* customer service.

Our system was installed within only a few days of us contacting happy pos and Dave has been on hand ever since to deal with any problems or questions we had, even answering the phone at 11pm on a Saturday night to help with something. We are so impressed with Happy Pos we are using them again at our second restaurant and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needed a similar system.

Home Counties Building Supplies contacted HappyPos in regards to a new business we were launching in October of this year. David Shepherd advised the correct system for the business model. We received a login to allow us to look through the till system this allowed us to make sure we could use the functionality's that we would need programming into the system and as advised we found this a breeze. David allowed us to have full input and emailed through a spreadsheet so the data of the products could be uploaded from there end. I also made adjustments on the portal which was easy to use especially with the guidance you receive NO request is too difficult when we rang the query was answered straight away. The hardware only took 24 x hours to arrive so to summarise. A company that offer no pressure selling, people that know there product and can answer all technical questions without a long waiting time, up to date Epos system that looks the business on the counter, a friendly easy transaction from start to finish with a smile i would add. Excellent portal for ease of use and if you need help David is a phone call away. Great price on the hardware and the monthly fees no addons No hidden fees. To Finish a fantastic company that know what you require at a great price, with the technical knowledge of there product, added bonus David Shepard is a straight talking business executive that is passionate about the product he supplies. Backs Deli is a single site retail operation based in Stockport. For businesses such as ours getting high quality professional support is rare, chiefly because it is costly to provide.HappyPos is exceptional. We have installed a new till and back office software. I did good comparative shopping and due diligence before going with Happy Pos.The attention and time which David Shepherd has provided would have justified a higher price and even then would lead me unhesitatingly to recommend his firm.

We have recently changed our Epos system from another provider to HappyPos after 5 years of using a different system we was dubious about transferring systems and using a new provider. WOW wish we had done it years ago, HappyPos have been amazing and the transfer of systems was so slick and easy. We now have a fantastic new till system that is very easy to use and every step has been made so simple with no issues and just amazing customer service. David has come to site to show us how to use the system, how to do reports etc, every email has been responded to quickly, every phone call has been answered I can honestly say the service side of this company is one of the best I have ever dealt with and the system is so user friendly and cheaper per month. I highly recommend and will certainly be spreading the word of what a fantastic company Happypos is and know we will continue using for a very long time.
