Working with Happy Pos has been an absolute pleasure, they have made everything so easy for us so we are able to focus on running our business. We have had great communication from day 1 and nothing has been to much trouble. We know we have support as and when we need it. Perfect epos system from them loading all our menus right through to installation. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a till system.

We have recently had a full ePos till system installed for our small deli. We have been blown away by the level of service we have received. Every encounter is very informative, professional and personable.
Nothing has been too much trouble and everything explained so clearly.
We have all of our gas, electricity & broadband through HappyPos - they have walked us through everything, its has all been very painless and simple, which is exactly what you need when starting up a new business.

Very happy with the service from David at Happy POS, he has been there for us through all of the niggly bits of setting up the system to any issue we had through training, would recommend.

We have now had the Happy Pos solution in the Hotel Rudyard for the last 12 months and it was definitely a good investment. The interface is very user friendly with the staff taking no time to understand how to use the system. The back office system has every report you could ever want which has helped us as a business make the correct decisions moving forward. We are able to track stock, add promotions and loads more off site as the software is all stored in the cloud.

We always have help available as and when is needed with the support team who always answer within minutes. We have recently added a mobile option so we can now cater for table side orders as well. Would happily recommend Happy Pos to anyone looking for an Epos Solution.

I have just set up a business and am using Happy pos epos solutions. From day 1 they have been super supportive and always available at the end of the line. The system
is pretty easy but sometimes you do need help to navigate and we have found them patient and understanding. They helped integrate everything. David is a great guy. Sometimes you buy support but hardly get it, this luckily is not the case here.

We had a new POS till system installed in our shop and Happy Pos were fantastic. A brilliant product, installed really quickly. Dave who came to install it explained everything so well. Would highly recommend.

David and the entire team ay HappyPos have been phenomenal in helping our new business set up our till and stock system. David and his team has done an excellent job for our new restaurant! He has helped us regardless of how difficult our questions were and made sure we had complete and clear understanding of how to fully use of till and the back office.
