If I think who you are, are you the lorry diver who wrote off my car wile it was parked out side my garage when you were reversing.
No wonder I had the hump.
Company lost professional esteem…my review remains the same after garage answer to my complaint They are responsible for work done on vehicles using their staff to a professional standard and no excus
Considered Company with high esteem with professional Mechanics using service for past three years on family vehicles.
The last service carried out with my Sons car and my vehicle was atrocious in over charging and not full filling simple work to a standard acceptable.
My Sons vehicle was booked in for an MOT and cam belt change.
The MOT was issued for wrong car and no Cam belt change but charged for.The MOT was corrected and a refund was given this seems to be the recent practice of this garage as my previous Mot was also issued for wrong vehicle my vehicle was promised to be returned same day this failed and returned the following day placing car keys in letter box.
The last full service booked for my vehicle was collected late and returned with no service book stamped No Paper invoice denoting work performed and the engine miss firing on three cylinders with engine management light showing.
Phoned Garage to complain who rudely replied they were not responsible for work and was only hired as labour only.
Be warned this Company has changed

Hi Ray I see that you have left a review on my garage Trustpilot account that is not actually for my company.
You need to leave the review for the company that you booked your car in with for the service.
And who you paid you are NOT a direct customer of mine you never booked your car in with my company If you did I would be very disappointed that we did not meet you expectations of the services we offer.
I can understand why you are not happy but you need to make your views to them.
I would absolutely recommend this garage
I would absolutely recommend this garage. Fantastic service provided by this garage. They have repaired parts that were not completed by another garage I used, and had paid for. Excellent communication. Polite, swift service and affordable. 100% excellent garage and I will definitely be using them again.

Great tyre fitting centre
Had a set of tyres fitted today and harlow auto centre were very accomodating as i needed to change my allocated time slot. Less than 30 minutes to change the tyres.
