I chose to get my basement vinyl flooring through Hatloes because my friend, Scott Gregerson, worked there and I know him to be very honest and trustworthy. He helped me find good products on sale in my price point. He also provided me with the manufacturers' website tools that allowed me to use my own pictures and put the flooring products into them so I could envision what the final product would look like. This was very helpful in selecting the right pattern and color.
Hatloes hired Jeff Baron to do the flooring installation which turned out great and took just two days. During the initial walk-through, I showed Scott and Jeff some concerns I had about moisture intrusion and mold. Scott recommended Jeff Davis Construction to waterproof the basement wall and construct a new insulated wall. Jeff Davis did a fine job giving me confidence that I won't be having mold issues in the future.
The end product is a newly revived basement area that looks beautiful and is much more useful. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism exhibited by Scott and the two contractors.

Wow...where do I start. Scott, our sales representative, has been so supportive and responsive during our multi-month remodeling project. We cannot thank him enough for his patience and guidance on our flooring and countertops. Restoring our mid-century home in Everett has been our goal for nearly 20 years, and Scott and Jeff absolutely nailed it! Our LVP flooring turned out INCREDIBLE! The meticulous care and respect that Jeff took for our home was amazing. With over 1600 square feet, using LVP, carpet, new trim, and tile entries, Jeff installed the entire project PERFECTLY!

Scott was instrumental in guiding us through the countertop process. Knowing we wanted Quartz was easy – finding the one that is the perfect match for our kitchen is where Scott’s expertise was so valuable! Again, sorry for being a broken record, but they ALSO turned out PERFECT!

It is without any reservation that I recommend Scott and Jeff, and the entire Hatloes team, to support and guide any prospective client through what is a challenging, BUT VERY REWARDING, process. We cannot thank them enough.

I really appreciated Scott’s customer service right from the start. He was attentive but not pushy and showed me the range of options with what I was looking for (vinyl flooring). Mike and Roger installed the flooring and did a nice job overall. I appreciated that they were respectful with my home. I could tell they worked hard. Scott followed up to make sure I was happy with the installation (which I definitely was). It’s so wonderful to have a great locally-owned store that cares about its customers.

Working with the salesperson at Hatloes was a pleasant experience. They helped us select our carpet that was within our price range and went over all the details of the installation process. We worked with the same person exclusively which was a great help. They knew our scheduling situation and it worked out smoothly.

The installer also did a good job on the installation of our carpet. We had our carpet installed in three phases and we had the same installer each time. They showed up on time and got the job done very efficiently and quickly. The carpet came out looking great!

We have been going to Hatloes for Benjamin Moore paint for around 20 years. So when we needed new carpet for our home, we went to Hatloes and met with Scott. Scott was very informative, and patient with us as we explored different options in search on the one best for us. We couldn't be happier with the end product. It looks and feels great! And Jeff did an excellent job installing our carpet. He has a wealth of experience installing carpet and it shows. We especially like the French/Bullnose stairs. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. We give Hatloes (and Scott and Jeff) our highest recommendation if you're looking for quality people and products.

It's been a couple of months now since we had new floors installed through our whole house by Hatloes. I keep meaning to take photos, but we still have so much work left to do and the wonderful job they did is marred by the things not yet done. I found Hatloes by chance, their sign advertising pet solutions was what caught my eye, we have two dogs who aren't always as well behaved as they might be. Our initial contact was with Scott Gregerson who did a great job of measuring the house and walking us through the pros and cons of the various flooring options. The actual installation was handled by Jeff Baron. My wife and I can't speak highly enough about the job he did, he has a wonderfully positive attitude and was a joy to have in our home. On top of that he is a meticulous and very tidy craftsman, he left the house cleaner than he found it, which is no mean feat when you're ripping out old carpet and installing new vinyl tile. If you go with Scott and Jeff at Hatloes, I promise you won't be disappointed!

Scott helped me find the perfect carpet and pad for my needs in my budget. The carpet far surpassed the competitors price and quality. Installer Mike was fast professional, on time, and great to work with. So wonderful that Hatloes has in house installers not a 3rd party contractor. HIGHLY Recommend!

Excellent work and customer service! Scott was so patient with me. It took me several months to decide on the color and the type of carpet matching my existing older carpet.
Jeff the installer was also wonderful. His crew not only installed the carpet but also the wall/floor Moulding in the area.
I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Hatloes is doing everything right! From the moment we walked into the store we were impressed. Scott carefully explained options and differences in material, listened carefully to our concerns, and was able to answer all of our questions. Jeff did the installation, and what a job he did … we walk into the house and marvel at how good it all looks! Loved working with Lisa and Karla to design my bathroom remodel - they both have an eye for design and color and easy friendly personalities. After about three - complete tile ensembles -(flooring, countertop, shower walls and shower floor) I made my choices and am anxious to get my project started. Their patience with me was much appreciated as well. Big projects require patience.

Scott provided us quality information about the carpet we were looking at purchasing and did a great job measuring our master bedroom. Mike installed the carpet, and the installation was very high quality. Mike gave us great advice on future carpet installation in the rest of our house. Overall high-quality experience from beginning to end.

My sales representative, Scott, was over and above when it came to being my project manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, taking care in making sure I had the most current samples to pick from and asking me the right questions to keep my project going as smoothly as possible.

Hatloes was the first place we went to when shopping for carpet. Scott was great at explaining the different types and price points. We especially appreciated that Hatloes has it’s own installers and doesn’t use day labor. Scheduling and installation required some coordination with other projects in our home and it worked seamlessly. Scott was attentive and responsive through the whole process. Our installer Jeff was great! He paid attention to all of our concerns and did a wonderful job.

Karla was so helpful in guiding me to the perfect carpet for our family room. Hatloe's large inventory and her design knowledge were amazing. She asked me a few questions about color and room use then immediately pulled some choices for me to consider within my budget. The install happened within a few weeks and he was in and out of our house in less than three hours. I was very impressed with his expertise and he did an excellent job installing. I would highly recommend Hatloes for anyone doing a remodel. I had a plumbing leak that did extensive damage to my house. Karla Duffy helped me through the process with my insurance. She did a great job guiding me through every step in the remodel. Hatloes did a great job and my house looks wonderfull. I am completely happy with the experience of working with Hatloes and the high quality of the results.
