We just had new laminate flooring installed in our house and we had the pleasure to be guided through the process by Rachel!! She helps us pick out the perfect material, but she also took the time to bring us differt samples 3 differt times to our home. Rachel is very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with!!

If we could give 10 stars we would. We got new floor at Hatloes and experienced some of the best customer service I have ever had. Not once were we pressured to choose a floor. There was no “up-selling”. We were free to choose what we wanted and make the changes that would work best for us. Scott, Jim, and Steve were great! Scott followed up with us and was so patient. We seriously cannot thank them all enough. They made a lasting impression and we will be lifelong customers.

We received four quotes for our large carpet install project and Hatloes was the best! Scott and Lisa did a great job to help us pick the best product for our family needs and their attention to detail in the measurement/quote process was greatly appreciated. Everything was completed on time as promised and the install team was great. Would use Hatloes again for future projects.

Scott and the crew at Hatloes deserve an accolade just for their flexibility in working around our ever changing construction schedule! And then there’s the amazing carpet that transformed our downstairs from a slab, which we lived on for 7-months, to a beautiful, comfortable, feet pleasing living space! I recently purchased a new home and wanted to replace all the floor coverings before I moved in. I searched the big box stores, discount floor stores and Hatloes. Hands down Hatloes, as a locally owned, family run store, won my business. The selection was excellent, all types, all price points and the best customer service one could possibly want. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. They worked with me the whole time and the end result is fantastic. Installation was right on time and flawless. I had the pleasure of working with Jim Hatloe, in which we re-carpeted my entire home. He brought samples and took measurements, and I chose what I thought would be the perfect color. Three weeks before they were scheduled to install, the interior painting was complete, and I knew the carpet color was not going to work. I contacted Jim to share my concern and to see if it was possible to cancel and reorder a different color. Much to my relief, He immediately assured me it shouldn't be a problem, contacted the manufacturer, made the change, and installation went as scheduled! Jim, and the entire team at Hatloes (I've purchased paint, LVT and vinyl flooring over the years as well), are professional, courteous, helpful and extremely Customer service oriented! Thank you Hatloes!

We couldn't be happier with our new Hunter Douglas Ultra Glide shades and we are so grateful to our Design Consultant, Lisa, at Hatloe's who guided us through the process. Lisa came to our home twice to make sure we were getting the best blinds to suit our needs. Lisa was instrumental in making the entire process enjoyable and stress free. Excellent service, installation and follow up. Everyone is courteous and knowledgeable. Patiently helped me select LVP and I was very particular about color and pattern. Installers were efficient and thorough and did quality work.

The process from selecting to install was seamless. Scott helped us select the best product and colors for our home. (Which was no easy task as I am picky!) Steve installed the gorgeous floors amazingly fast. During install, Steve noted our base boards would be lower and the wall would need to be painted, which allowed me to paint at the end of the day with all the base boards off. This was a much easier process than if I waited after base boards went back up!
Both of these gentleman we so kind, informative, and great to work with during this process. They provided information up front on what to expect, what WE needed to do to prepare. Hatloe's has installed several variations of floor for us over the years. They are our GO-TO for flooring. Excellent customer service!

I highly recommend Hatloes in Everett as I have had a consistently positive experience over the last two years while painting my house. Jenny in paint has been especially helpful in matching and customizing paint colors. If customer service is important to you, you owe it to yourself to check out this store.

Nancy was outstanding in her gracious professionalism and was dedicated to ensure clarity, proper followup and timely resolution of questions and results. She was fully and tirelessly commited to ensure her customer was satisfied.

Installer Jim following her lead was equally professional on site and took time and interest to ensure our satisfaction as well.

Four stars only because of unanticipated product challenges, to which the manufacturer representatives were also responsive to Nancy and to the customer.

I dealt with Lisa Parkinson who navigated me thru
the process of selecting the correct trim pieces for
my project. She helped me choose the closest color
choice and proper trim styles ( T- & End cap) for my
application. Ordering & delivery of trim went off as
promised. Truly appreciate all her effort re: my job.

Grumpy installers. Didn’t wear masks when they were required. When things were left underneath the carpet and things weren’t just right I had to call them on it to get it fixed. Got to pay attention to details!

Steve was professional and very thurough in his assessment and bid. Very competitive. His installation staff was Professional and very kind and friendly and even answered my dumb questions as I watched. It was a big job for our Church with Carpet Tiles. They were fast but quality was excellent, you cant even tell where cuts were made.

Appreciated the great communication, and the final product was just what I hoped it would be. Will certainly return for any further house updating needs!

We recently used Hatloes Carpet in Everett for our commercial building. We were very pleased from beginning to end. Beginning with the sales staff, pricing and installation everything went smoothly with a perfect end result. I would recommend Hatloes to anyone interested in home or commercial floor and paint.

I purchased carpet for three rooms of my home and day of install the wrong color carpet was installed. I still rate Hatloes with a 5 star rating because Karla quickly got the correct carpet ordered and a new installation date scheduled to resolve the issue. None of this was an easy task while in the middle of the Pandemic. Karla took care of everything and I absolutely love the quality of my new carpet.
While one project always leads to another the new carpet inspired me to paint the three rooms associated with the carpet installation. Jenny was so helpful! The colors Jenny helped me pick for all three rooms complement the new carpet beautifully.
Even though I had a few difficulties I must say it was a great experience shopping local and working with a business that is a part of my community. I look forward to my next project and purchasing from Hatloes Carpet One Floor & Home.
