Hatloes Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 

I had a water pipe burst and had water damage to my hardwood floor in the den and the vinyl in the laundry room.
Hatloes designer Karla came out to assess; she was very precise and thorough in her assessment.
She was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions on how to stay on budget.
She was very prompt with getting the project going.
Great customer service; I would recommend Hatloes without any recommendation.

Had a great experience with Hatloes for replacing our kitchen & bathroom flooring.
I wasn't sure what to replace the aging vinyl with and was helped as soon as I walked in the door with a number of great questions from their in-house designer who had so many suggestions. I ended up checking out 6 different large samples (they have great sized samples, free for check out so you can place them in your home under all the different light conditions - sunlight, overhead lights, etc. and to see how they looking with your appliances/cabinets). I narrowed down the choice, went back to return some of the samples and then checked out two more based on a conversation with the designer on flooring that would compliment and pull together the components (counter top, appliance colors & cabinet colors) - and narrowed down to two.
Jim Hatloe then came to my home to measure and a quote arrived two days via email with the prices for the two different products. When asked if it were his home, which product would he choose and why (sheet goods vinyl vs. luxury vinyl tile), he gave me a great answer that resonated with me and led to another question or two. Both quotes covered all the details and responsibilities and I swear I peppered Jim with at least 4 more emails with questions that I hadn't thought about (warranty of product, how long it would take to install, off-gassing of adhesives/materials, etc.) which he quickly answered. He also forwarded a couple of web site photos of completed projects using the same materials which intrigued me as one had grout lines which just set the product off. .
The Hatloes installer, Steve, did a beautiful job (my home is old and has some 'unique' challenges in terms of things not quite being square!) - worked around my schedule and my pack of dogs, arrived on time, communicated throughout the install, asking questions of preferences vs. just assuming and took the time to show me how to do the grout should I need to replace one of the tiles in the future (Hatloes could/would also do any repairs/replacements, but I want to know how to do it myself and what was involved) - he also left me with the tub of well sealed grout and left over materials for future use.

i chose to purchase my new carpeting and flooring from Hatloe's as Nancy Johnson was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me. She provided really great advice and input regarding the type and color of carpet I should use to suit our house and it really worked out well! At no time did she attempt to push me into finalizing the sale, but worked patiently with me over quite a few weeks while my husband and I made up our minds. When we finally decided to move forward she worked hard to ensure that they would have the installation completed before our Christmas guests arrived! We had a great experience with Hatloes. At the store, we received a lot of personal attention without any pressuring or hovering. The folks at the store we're very knowledgeable and helpful. They did not try to up-sell us. The measurement appointment was scheduled quickly and our carpet was ordered the next day. The carpet we chose was on backorder and took about a month to arrive, which fit our schedule perfectly. The installation date scheduled at the time of order was held as promised. The installers showed up at exactly the time they said they would. They were very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely work with Hatloes again in the future.

We worked with Nancy to find new carpet for our 20 year old home. She was a great help in explaining the types, styles, advantages of the carpet options and she was very accommodating when I needed samples to color match. The installation went very well. the 2 installers were professional, friendly and worked long to finish the job in one day. Our entire experience with Hatloe's has been very positive.

We had a wonderful experience at Hatloes! The staff was so helpful and they have such quality products. Unsure of what we wanted, Joni came to our house to help us sort through design options. Her advice was instrumental in our decision to move forward with our flooring purchase. She (and Jim) followed-up with all steps of the purchase and installation. Our installer, Tony, a professional with years of experience, ensured we had the very best installation process. And when he uncovered a significant structural issue with our floor, his team worked hard to ensure that the proper steps were taken to provide a solid fix. We just couldn’t be more pleased!

We hired Hatloes to do our flooring because they are a trusted local business and I always support local businesses that I trust and they did not let me down.

Dana and Steve were our installers. They were prompt and very professional and courteous and pleasant to have around. If they had a question they asked rather than assumed. I would absolutely recommend them for any job.

Our flooring project involved replacing carpet and laminate on the entire first floor which was a kitchen, living room, dining room, hall, two closets and a bathroom, and carpet on the stairs. I manage lots of projects for a living and can easily find flaws, but I can find no flaws in their work for us.

The product installed was LVP vinyl planks. Before I could hear the dogs claws with every step they took on the Laminate now I can’t hear their feet at all. It’s a solid durable product that will certainly outlive this house.

Some time ago I came into Hatloes looking for new carpet/vinyl flooring. Jill helped me. She is awesome! Not only is she very knowledgeable re: your products, she is very personable and patient, and is amazing with "color". I have recommend Hatloes/Jill to others. I enjoyed my experience at Hatloes as I believe I received more reliable advice, and certainly more expedient help than I would have at a "big box" store. Thank you.

We have purchased many products from Hatloes over the years. Most recently, we worked with them on replacing our living room carpet, which had not performed as well as we had hoped. Steve Hatloe was proactive at contacting the manufacturer's rep to plead our case. In the end, the manufacturer agreed to replace the carpet for free and we only had to pay for the installation.

My Mother-in-law was a customer, my wife and I became customers for paint and refinishing supplies, and I went back for counter tops, paint, and flooring.
