There appears to be a trend order and pay any the item does not come. The contact us form on the site also blocks you from reporting items not delivered.

Bought several pairs of havaianas, there was a discounted price on their website at the checkout. After several days, they sent me an e-mail that this was a techical problem. What t f???? Are you selling or not??? Don´t trust them, they are a scam. Now they are offering me a discount for the next sale. I dont want a discount, I want what I bought and paid!!

From what I read on this site, I will personaly never buy anything from their site.

Online orders is horrible my daughter got a pair for Easter they where too small and they won’t let me return them because it’s pass the 30 days this is also during the pandemic, now I’m stuck with an expensive pair of flip flops that we can’t wear. Don’t order from them bad business

SCAM! I ordered from Havaianas, paid for expedited shipping and the flip flops NEVER ARRIVED! This was a gift so that makes this even more upsetting. The scam part of this is that Havaianas, even though they sent me an email on the day after the order was placed stating that the package shipped and supplied a tracking number, will NOT REFUND the shipping portion of the order! I paid for 5-7 days shipping and they keep telling me that there is "48 hours processing" in addition to those 5-7 days. I have no problem with that statement accept that they are trying to add the up 48 hours onto the shipping time after they have handed off the package to the shipper. Complete nonsense! After telling me this, the customer service agent from Havaianas then says that the shipping time does not include weekends!!! What?!
I wish I was telling you that we love the flip flops. I really do, but I can't. Do yourself a favor; spend a little more, order from Island Slipper. I ordered from them on the same day as Havaianas and Island Slipper shipped from Hawaii to my home, for FREE in 5 days. I will never buy anything Havaianas again, and will be certain to tell anyone who will listen about my horrible experience.

Horrific online service. Paid to return items- was asked to provide bank details for refund. No refund despite numerous emails and calls - 10 months later I have given up.

Poor, very poor! Will never use them again. Better off choosing an outlet if you want to buy a pair. Cheaper, plus no delivery or returns charge.

AVOID ORDERING FROM ON LINE STORE - Shocking customer service once they’ve got your money. The flip flops arrived with disfigured straps, footbeds are different heights and the soles completely different. These are not a pair. No help from customer service, will not accept responsibility, just offered a 10% discount for future orders - there won’t be any future orders!!!

I’ve only ordered once so far and all I can say is excellent service and products. After reading some of the reviews I was expecting problems, but honestly will be ordering again. UPS delivery within 4 days of placing order.

I brought a pair of Havaianas which had a clear manufacturing fault on one side. I attempted to see if wearing them in would help but it did not and resulted in injury to my foot. I contacted Havaianas who basically told that I should place a block inside the flip-flop, peg it and blow dry it until it is in a position that it won’t injure my foot further. They also claimed that this was due to the boxing I purchased the flip-flops in (I DID NOT PURCHASE THEM IN A BOX THEY WERE ON A HANGER!!!)

I replied to Havaianas explaining that I had already attempted to shape the shoe myself and it had not work but also that I don’t feel that this is an acceptable response when I could pay £1 for a pair of flip flops from Primark and not have to go home and work on them myself to make them wearable!! I have sent to further emails and still no response.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DON’T WANT TO KNOW IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!!

So glad I paid by Paypal! I didn’t know the sizing was Brazilian, so I had to send the Havaianas bought for my daughter, complete with tags, back for an exchange. After 8 weeks these rip off merchants claimed that I was not due a refund as the shoes had been returned in an unsaleable condition as they had been used. I make it sound simple but that’s after about 50 emails chasing first the exchange then a refund. Paypal immediately opened a case for me and got the money back including the postage. Thanks Paypal! BOO Havaianas!

Beware this company, their sizes online are actually Brazillian sizes not UK but nowhere is this mentioned. The drop off point is also refusing the return parcel for an exchange. Emailed customer service with no success and now seeking reimbursement via credit card company.

Worst customer service and website ever.

After I returned the items which is not free by the way, still 50 days without a refund.
Customer service is a joke. E-mails are being ignored. They hung up on me on the phone when I called back after an hour after they told me that they will call me back in 10 minutes. Very rude and disrespectful.

I still didn't receive the money after around 50 days of returning the items. Never again. Shameful

The worst company! I placed an order for two pairs of shoes and di not receive them. I then contacted the company who said I have to chase it up with UPS as they will not help me. I was told that if I still don't recieve the parcel I have to wait until its returned to Italy and then wait at least another 2 weeks for a refund.

Terrible experience ordering from this site.
Ordered 2 pairs of sandals, made payment, received confirmation, days later and waiting for my items to be delivered and I receive an email to say there was an “technical issue” on the site and all orders are cancelled.
I go back on the site, my items are unavailable? Ridiculous.

Whatever you do do NOT buy from this site.
Go to your local store, get the sizes that fit and go home happy.
We ordered 2 pairs and both were wrong sizes.
Tried to complete to "return" section on their web site but would not let me print the address label(said I had already returned them???!)
Contacted UK centre who told me to print off my own label and return with invoice and said I would get an e mail when received.
Now 20 days since they were returned to Italy NOTHING
Wil now try to get redress from CC company

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!! I ordered 3 pairs. One pair is correct. The 2nd pair was faulty. They told me I could keep this and send me a refund although I have no idea when I will get this refund. The 3rd pair was sent in the wrong size. I clearly ordered size 35 and I received size 33. Website clearly shows size 35 is a UK 3. So this is what I ordered. They are claiming I ordered a European size 35!!! No where does it say I am ordering European size. I am from UK and have looked at the size chart according to my UK size. They continously lie that they have sent the correct size and refuse to send me a refund even though I have sent pictures of what they sent. I have made a claim through my credit card company. They will not be getting away with this. They are out to steal your money and they don't care. Please only buy with a credit card if you do order from this website so that your purchase is protected.

Horrible customer service. Bought 2 pairs. They sent me the wrong size. I had to pay for the return postage myself and they refused to refund me for that, when it was their own mistake in the first place. They basically broke EU law. Run away from this store. They're not trustworthy.

Returned a pair of flip flops to Havaianas after Christmas and they claimed they never received them and refused to issue a credit. What made this experience even worse is that they refused to issue a credit because I did not use their return label to send the item back to them. Havaianas did not include a return label with the original purchase so I was jammed twice. First, I had to mail the item back to them at my cost and second because they refused to issue me a credit when they were somehow lost while being returned and processed

Service wasn’t as bad as some of the reviews I’ve seen on here but I’d still rather purchase from a store. Placed my order on 26/11 and they’ve just arrived 07/12. Delivery is a little slow, yes they do come from Italy but I’ve received items from the US in less time!
