Soon sorted the holiday we wanted , very helpful and efficient.

We been booking with Hays travel many years we are very happy to book with them we always see eve and she does very good job very patient and try and find best holiday for us.

Specially nice staff

Went into Hayes travel in Huddersfield today at 11.45 to book a holiday for 7 to Eurodisney. There were 4 or 5 workers at their desks but no customers. We told the male worker when we wanted to go, which 2 hotels we were interested in and where we wanted to fly from. The only 2 points of difference were that we wanted if possible connecting rooms ( you need to ring Eurodisney for this ) and that we wanted to fly back at a later date. Not an issue you would have thought. Usually the travel agent sorts this out whilst you are there so u can book, but not Hayes. It is the first time we have used them. The male worker took our email and phone number and said he would be in contact. Not what we were expecting, we got the feeling we were in the way, and our business was not wanted. 5 hours later still no email or phone call so we have done it ourselves on line, even ringing Eurodisney only took 8 minutes. Shame on you Hayes

I always book packages online but it can be confusing. We decided to go local and are glad we did. Fantastic service and everything well explained. Jane and her team were so friendly.

When we booked our holiday we asked to be near albefera old town
We are here now and we are about 5 miles away so we have to get taxis e every time we go in and come back which we did not enclude in our spending money The reception staff at our hotel are very rude and not at all helpful We are staying at the Hotel Bala Grande.If I could I would move
