We went in for last minute holiday and was glad of the knowledge and professionalism of staff. Gave all options and information about hotel, flights,destination, fees etc.
No pushy sales tactics and friendly atmosphere.
So much so we came back and booked another one !

Great service. Jodie was lovely and very helpful. The rest of the team also seemed nice and the lady who does the travel money (sorry I can't remember your name!) has always been super polite friendly and knowledgeable. Have used Hays Alloa to book my last 2 holidays and never had any issues.

After having a scam experience whilst buying tickets on line I have used Hays travel to alleviate any anxieties I now have when planning a holiday.
